Fantastic company
I ordered an extension for my tethered type 2 charger. I haven't tested the item yet as my car isn't delivered yet but I have to say Olivia has been amazing. I've received great advice and regular updates, even emailing to make sure I've received the item safely.

Considering the length of this EV charger cable, I’m surprised that it’s not too heavy and it seems very well built.
