The service was impeccable. I reached out on Wednesday night, beyond typical business hours, yet I still got a reply that same night. I promptly placed an order for a cable, and by Friday morning, it was delivered. From the time I inquired to receiving the product, it took under 40 hours.

Researched what I needed, found it with e-zoomed and placed my order. Had a response straight away, I paid the invoice and received another response saying thanks and order going through. Arrived less than 48 hours later. Received another email to check arrival and that everything was good. Whilst only communicating via email, the service provided feels personal, friendly and very efficient. Product is as described, excellent quality and British made. Highly recommend e-zoomed to anyone!

Even though the platform did not allow to directly place an order for a delivery in Belgium, a few mails exchanged with their international customers service team (namely Olivia) resulted in a delivery of the ordered charging cable within 48 hours.

Olivia was incredibly helpful and kind in helping me to find out what would best work for my strange requirements.
Although in the end, the safest and most viable option was to continue using public charging, Olivia was certainly very open and honest and tried her very best to find a solution.

Prompt customer service. Had an issue with online payment for my product and Olivia was quick to reply and sort it all out for me. Updated emails informing me of shipment date and checking in when item was received which only took 3 days after ordering. Not to mention couldn’t find a 12 meter charging cable anywhere else! Super service indeed!
