Fast delivery and great customer service
From the moment I placed my order, I was kept informed of its status and estimated delivery date. Delivery was very fast, I placed my order on a Saturday afternoon and it arrived by Monday lunchtime.
I would definitely use ezoomed.com again.

Customer service dialogue maintained throughout the process from order confirmation to delivery. Product appears of good quality and works as intended. 👍

The service from e-zoomed has been exceptional.
The service from e-zoomed has been exceptional. Olivia was my point of contact and she was very attentive with regard to the ordered charging cable, keeping me informed of progress and likely date of delivery. The cable itself appears to be very robust and should hopefully provide service for a number of years. Many thanks to e-zoomed and Olivia.

Excellent personal service…
Ordered a 15 m charging cable and was informed by email that it was currently out of stock but they could supply a 20m cable at a discount. A very responsive email conversation with Olivia quickly established the 15m cables would likely be available within 7 days. I decided to wait and she kept me informed every step of the way. I have the cable now within the 7 days and it’s perfect!

Excellent customer service. The cable I ordered wasn’t in stock in the warehouse but Olivia and Mel kept me updated with options and progress every step of the (short) wait. Very happy with the product and the service.
