The customer service has been outstanding. I rarely leave reviews when the service has been as you would expect, but I do when it has been excellent. Long story short, they made sure that I had purchased the correct product and made the right decision even after the online purchase. Turns out, I had not made the right choice and settled on a different product, which was actually cheaper.

Great customer service - after I ordered an EV charging cable they followed up with an email to ask me to confirm that I had received the order details and invoice.

Eve is a great person to deal with. The confirmation of order for my EV cable, which was at the best price anywhere, was the nicest one I’ve ever received. A personal note instead of the computer generated ones you normally get for on-line orders. She even went the extra mile to get me price for a non-stock item. 5 star service.

Extremely helpful with advising on the best option for my particular EV charging requirements. Would happily use again.

I ordered a relatively long Type 2 to Type 2 EV charging cable (17.5m). The website was easy to use, it provided filters for the products to reduce the large choice down to what I wanted. The price was the best I could find.
Communication from the company was good. I received notification about the order including a check to verify I was receiving emails. Further communication once the order had been shipped and another after delivery had been confirmed.
I would use them again and will recommend them to others in the future.

Very speedy respond. Installed professionally. I haven’t used it yet as Tesla not arrived till a week later but I am sure it will be fine. The company was friendly and respectful. Answered all my questions and quick email response. Would recommended to anyone who’s thinking to buy electric charger

Good, clear website and a very straightforward ordering process - I was kept up to date throughout and delivery was quicker than initially anticipated. The charging cable appears to be of a high quality and well put together. Recommended.
