Fairfax & Favor Avaliações

The four star grade is for delivery. My sandals and won’t be here until Thursday, they were ordered on the Saturday of a bank holiday weekend so I would have expected them on Wednesday.

Beautiful store with lots of gorgeous things. Served by Sara who was extremely knowledgeable and super friendly. A credit to the company.

I visit the Bawtry branch and feel totally spoilt when I am there.....even the hubby enjoys it!! The staff are fabulous and really know their products.....4 jackets in and counting! Emma in particular is a star....thank you sweetheart 😘

Your staff are excellent! Not pushy but extremely helpful. Great coffee too
Bawtry store

very easy to order and bought a bargain in a sale 😀

I had been wanting to order a pair of the aldeburgh deck shoes but really didn’t know what size I would need.
I popped into my local FF in Bakewell and the team there were amazing. They kindly ordered me 2 sizes in and a one to one appointment.
The team were so attentive and friendly it was such a pleasure. I was able to purchase the shoes which are so comfortable and amazing quality, plus the lydia Millen clutch bag which I had my eye on , I was so so pleased to see it in the Shop (I have the top handle in two colours, absolutely beautiful)
Being a big fan of FF it’s so good to know that anything I see on line I can contact Bakewell and they will happily order for me to try and purchase in the shop.
Absolutely wonderful service
Thank you.

The start is the enticing website and app, I've purchased from both in the last 2 weeks. Each product is described perfectly, with individual reviews, which are fabulous for advice on fits, colours, if comfortable, so they answer questions youbwould want to ask - that is so helpful.
The products are dispatched quickly - even during the sale period, where you can pick up some classic pieces for a brilliant price. They arrive in an outer box which is robust - and a beautiful pattern inside and the inner reviered 'Blue Box' which stores your new shoes / handbag or if it's clothing in the beautiful clothes protector and hanger - impeccable!
Now I am not the 'standard' shape - if there is such a thing - so the other really useful offering from Fairfax and Favor is the 60 day return and free postage. Their new returns process is, in theory, simple but I did have an issue not receiving the email with the QR code to scan at the Post Office but this was resolved quickly with a quick phone call, such professionalism and how lovely and friendly their ladies are - many a company could learn form this. The speed in which you receive refunds is also second to none! Overall, easy to order, classic stylish, quality clothes, handbags and footwear, fast to arrive, well packaged and an extremely generous return period with free returns and a fast refund. All this said, I would strongly recommend a visit to one of their beautiful stores so you can try on, take their fabulous advice on fit, be spoilt. Bakewell is my go to store, the ladies that work are simply the best - Thank you for your advice on the boots fit - without your expert advice I would not have bought the right size! ❤️

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, a pleasure to shop.

If you do have a problem the customer services dept are really good. I accidentally ordered a pair of sandals in the wrong size and the exchange was so easy.

I have now bought Boots, shoes, sandals, jackets, jumper, fleeces and a gorgeous winter coat! My collection keeps growing, I love my blue box deliveries.

I have now ordered a pair of boots for my daughter to start off her love of the brand too.
