Really poor customer service

Really poor customer service. Bought a t-shirt as a birthday present for my son. To be fair, it arrived in good time and quality good. Unfortunately, it was too small. I contacted Fangamer to ask to exchange but they eventually said they couldn't find my order or email address. I then sent them a copy of their email to me when I ordered with order number. They finally came back to say they didn't have the size I needed and did I want to exchange for another shirt or be sent details of how to get a refund. I asked for refund details but 5 days later have received nothing. Even if they do send details of how to refund I am doubting I will be funded.

The T shirt wasn't cheap ams had it fitted all would be well. It was perhaps a risk buying from abroad but I wish I had read these reviews before buying.

Disgusting service

Placed an order on the 26th February 2026, for my child’s 16th birthday; still waiting. Customer services are useless, promising to ship but never happens. They now aren’t replying. Disgusting! Nearly two months!

Experiencia nefasta

El primer pedido fue bastante rápido pero uno de los objetos que pedí no estaba. Por suerte me devolvieron el dinero relativamente rápido.

El segundo pedido lleva más de mes y medio sin ser enviado, he contactado tres veces y solo dan largas. Me dijeron una fecha aproximada de envio que no se cumplió con un retaso de más de un mes. (Pedido hecho el 26 de Febrero, ahora estamos a 15 de Abril)

Me parece de coña que me sigan dando largas mientras no me paran de saltar notificaciones de objetos nuevos en venta.

Insane shipping delays

Got scammed (?)

I ordered an ENA disc and ENA plush. The delivery system said they were both delivered on the same day, but I only received the disc.
It's hard to find the option to contact them within the website. When I found a customer service email address, I informed about what happened, with order number and all items involved. They say they would answer in 3 days, but it's been a week and I received no answer whatsoever!
Their products are not cheap, so if you have any problem with your order, you'll apparently just lose your money because the customer service doesn't answer.

Ordered a package march 1st before the changing warehouses 5-7 days disclaimer even appeared on the website as I'm writing this almskt a month later the package hasn't even shipped and the "only 5-7 days" is still on the website a total lie.

Why are the reviews so negative?

I ordered a Stardew Valley Vinyl, and it came in perfect condition, well packaged. I don't really get the bad reviews. The Shipping delayed by 5-7 days for me, just how the disclaimer said on their website.

The only thing i kinda critic about fangamer is that when "restock is planned" is written on a product, these restocks sometimes can take ages. However, thats just how it is, I guess...

Slowest shipping and lies

I loved the store. However the recent warehouse move and no shipping for almost a month without an ETA and lies about only 5-7 days delay makes me rate them at 1 star. i give them until april, if not i will open a dispute and get my money back. never again ordering from european store

I am extremely disappointed with my overall experience ordering from Fangamer.eu.

I ordered an Astrobot plush, which is not a cheap product and is clearly marketed as a premium collectible. When I received the item, it was defective. There were visible manufacturing issues, including incorrect stitching and parts that looked misaligned and poorly assembled. This was not the quality I expected at all.

I contacted customer support and, to be fair, they responded and sent a replacement. I appreciated that gesture and initially felt positive about their service.

Unfortunately, the replacement was also defective. This time, the left arm was attached incorrectly and could not be rotated into the correct position at all. This is not a minor cosmetic issue but a clear manufacturing fault. I recorded a video clearly showing the problem and contacted support again.

Since then, I have received no response.

Receiving two defective items in a row strongly suggests serious quality control issues. On top of that, being ignored after reporting the second defect is simply unacceptable. When you pay a high price for a product, you expect it to arrive in proper condition and for customer service to follow through until the issue is fully resolved.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Fangamer.eu. Good customer service is not just about sending a replacement once — it is about ensuring the customer actually receives a product that meets the promised quality and responding when problems persist.

I still hope to hear from Fangamer.eu about this....

Update: I got a answer, and got a refund. Thank you, i am just very sad, that they took them so long to reply, but everything is okay again. Thank you Fangamer.eu :)

Unbelievable Slow Support

Quality stuff, but support non-existent.
Contacted them in December for a size change, got an answer in January, now it's been two weeks without any respond...
This is insane.

Un de mes sites favoris

Ça fait plusieurs fois que je commande, j'ai jamais eu de problèmes ! Le choix de produits dérivés est incroyable même sur des petits jeux assez niche, et ils sont toujours de bonne qualité. Je n'ai pas eu à contacter le SAV donc je ne peux pas évaluer sa qualité, mais jusque là c'est un sans faute !

Good products, BUT...

My order arrived to a wrong address. Thankfully, the people living there left my order at the local post, and eventually I got it. I checked multiple times if I typed in my shipping address correctly, and I did. Someone must've messed up my address, and I don't know if it was either Fangamer's or the shipping company's fault, but this small mistake really had me worried that somebody stole my order.
The products themselves are of good quality, but unfortunately the shipping process ruined my experience with Fangamer.

This is the worst refund experience…

This is the worst refund experience I've ever had anywhere online.
Buying was fine. Quality was mostly fine - one of the items was not quite good enough for the price, so we decided to return it.
It took them more than a week to reply and send a return label. It's been almost a month and I still haven't received any money back or any indication that they'd received the item.
Like, how bad can your process be, holy crap.

Beware double VAT if outside of EU

All prices are including VAT. They don't bother showing how much of it is VAT and don't remove it from the total amount when receiver address is outside of EU. This meant i paid VAT twice on my order and additional fee to have it declared. Sent an email requesting refund (which in my experience, most sites offer) over a week ago - no respons. Totally unprofessional if you ask me. Will not order again

Joke of a firm

Joke of a firm, I ordered a set of playing cards November 19th, after November 20 no changes in package status, also until the 2nd of December no contact at all. After 8 days (including 6 business days) of waiting for my e-mail to reach their support I get a response saying that due to the loss of package I'll have to wait till the next restock. After asking when will the next restock be, they send me an e-mail saying that they'll refund me my money and they don't know when the next restock is gonna be.

Efficient, but watch your fragiles!

Ordered the Stardew Valley boardgame on Dec 4th. Got a confirmation email the same day, shipping confirmation on 8th, and the last one when it was out for delivery on the 10th (2 days earlier than I had anticipated). So I can't fault that side of it. The only ding against them was the lack of protection in the mailing package - the game box was loose inside it, and while it was snug in two dimensions, it did shift from side to side alarmingly easily. Even shredded cardboard would have softened the impacts.

Preordered the Hollow Knight…

Preordered the Hollow Knight Nendoroids, ETA mid-late october. Got delayed, fine, asked the customer service to cancel the preorder which is possible according to the FAQ. 3-5 business day for an answer they said. Been over a week, no answer and conviently i get the mail the order is being prepared for shipping. This was also two days ago and it still wasn't actually shipped. Awful customer service and hella useless "about to ship" mail. Not to forget the unusually high prices. Gotta sell a liver for a pin for example. Biblical levels of greed.
