Cheap quality merch for preposterous prices. They changed the price of a sticker sheet pack to 18 euros from 9 euros and then halved it to make it seem like it's a Black Friday "SALE!". Sleazy practices
No problems whatsoever
I didn’t have any problems, and my package arrived within 7 days. Some of the prices are a bit high though, but not too much. Some of the merch is only sold here, so the price kinda makes sense.
Slow, but professional
I don't usually write reviews, but I need to give credit where credit's due. I was rather annoyed with them at first, as my UNDERTALE pre-order, which was set to release in March of 2025 ended up getting delayed to September of 2025, resulting in me receiving it a full year and 10 days since placing my order. When the order arrived, I was quite displeased to find out I paid this much and waited so long for one of my items to have imperfections. The mug I got felt rough and the pattern even had a chipped spot. I emailed them about it -to return it for a new one- not expecting much of anything, but instead they told me they will ship a replacement mug with no need for a return?? That response caught me completely off guard and even though I haven't received my replacement mug yet, this definitely raises them in my eyes. The other items in the order came in good condition, so other than the long wait, I am very pleased with them and I feel their response was professional and reassuring.
amazing experience but poor shipping
I recently ordered from Fangamer and overall I’m happy with my experience. My order was shipped the day after I placed it, and the packaging was good, CD was well protected.
Now the only downside is the shipping partner chosen for France: Colis Privé. They completely mishandled my delivery. Despite having provided the correct address, they claimed information was missing and redirected my package to a pickup point without even checking my details or letting me choose which one. I paid for home delivery, and instead I had to go get it myself.

For clothing and plushies and stuff like that; this shop is OK.
But DO NOT buy vinyl here. You get a broken vinyl that's barely packaged well.
Alternatives? Black Screen Records. Ships from Cologne, Germany.

We bought two expensive products. They sent us one. We paid for two and post for two but they sent us one.
And then they ignored us...so far.
We are happy with the one we have but we expect a refund or the other item.
Or we will open a PayPal case which is why we always use palpay for buyer protection.
If fangamer resolve this issue I will update this review. But this shouldn't have happened.
Ordered hollowknight vinyl
Ordered hollowknight vinyl, came damaged, customer service gave partial refund and refused to send a new one. Lost 25 euro for a broken vinyl in return after the partial refund. Not worth it
Very quick delivery!
Ordered a pin set and it was delivered extremely quickly from mainland Europe to the UK. Very well packed too.
Only wanted a pin, ended up being disappointed.
I ordered a pin badge from Fangamer.eu and 2 weeks go by with no confirmation of dispatch. A little worried, I send an email for an update on my order. 4 days later, I get a response - They let me know that they were going to ship my item but realised they oversold the badge so would issue a refund.
In 2 weeks, they made no conscious effort to get in touch and notify me of this. If I hadn't reached out, I doubt I would have got a refund. I wonder if others who bought the pin have had this same service. They've now made the change on their website to show it's out of stock so hopefully more people won't be almost scammed.
This is my first time ordering from Fangamer and as far as first impressions go, it's very poor and I don't plan on coming back any time soon.

I've just bought two t-shirts from them. The shipment was slightly late (4 days later than expected, but I think this was more an issue with the carrier, as the items were shipped very quickly) but the items were absolutely perfect!

Ordered a celeste pin for my daughters teacher as an end of term present. Parcel came quick but I opened it to find a boxed pair of sloggi womens pants. There was nothing else in there and I am so angry that they've taken my money and completely scammed me!

Ordered Hollow Knight Vinyl for my son for delivery to UK as unable to locate here. Was a bit nervous due to reviews. However, it arrived well packaged in 6 days so extremely happy and tracking link on email was updated.
Would definitely order again now.

Commande effectuée le 4 juin. Plus de 2 semaines après, rien, et toujours noté en "préparation" pour le suivi de livraison. Je décide donc de contacter le support qui m'informe simplement que le colis a été perdu et qu'ils me remboursent les produits, mais pas la livraison.
Résultat : Un cadeau d'anniversaire complètement loupé & 5€ perdu.

Overzealous refund - would have preferred my item
Ordered the Official Stardew Valley Cookbook when it was in stock. A few weeks later I realise it's been taking a bit long so I reach out to customer support asking about it. They tell me there was a delay with their supplier - I'm like ok, do you know when they will ship?
Another week or so passes and I get a reply that there's another delay, they don't know when they will ship (but sounds like they WILL ship) and they just cancelled my order and sent me a refund, I then see the email pop up immediately that the order was cancelled "at my request" - uhm no, not at my request at all.
Like are they cancelling everyone's orders now or just mine because I was curious about the delay? Give your customers a choice.

Feels like a Scam.
Pre-ordered something that was supposed to be shipped late March.
I got a confirmation that the item will be "shipped soon" on the 21st of March.
it's now the 10th of April, i have got exactly 0 notifications or updates about the status of my order and Support refuses to answer any inquires about my order.
Feels very much like a Scam to me.

Update April 17th.
What a surprise, STILL no real information, though i FINALLY got a replay:
"Hey there,
We're sorry for the delay! We are sending you this automated response to let you know that the *Item I ordered* has arrived in our Europe warehouse, and our warehouse partners are working to get them all sent out as quickly as possible. There was a large volume of preorders that unfortunately could not all be sent at once, but as soon as yours goes out, we will send you a shipping confirmation email along with your tracking number. You can check your order status at any time by logging into your account. Please let us know if you have an other questions!"
Sounds like an extremely poor excuse, given that the notification of "it will be shipped soon" came almost a month ago. Add to that, that i wouldn't even have gotten this fake apologetic automated response without THIS review, and still receive zero real updates on anything.
Again, my opinion doesn't change. Fangamer.eu feels like a massive scam! Given that with payment and confirmation from their side, a contract was formed, they are in gross violation of the contract, and can't even be bothered to update or do ANYTHING really clarify the situation.

Great product, very slow customer support

Two and a half months later customer support contacted me, apologised and sent one of the items. The other was out of stock. The delivery was very fast and the item was great.
In my opinion, if they have everything in stock, it will be great and fast. However, if there are any problems - they are not going to be resolved quickly.
Ordered a t-shirt for my daughter's Christmas present on the 10th of December, sent two enquiries. No answer from the company. With the prices like these, they could at least contact me and explain why my order wasn't sent yet.

Scam website.
Placed an order over two weeks ago and sent an email right away just to clarify my shipping address.
I have not received a single response to my email and have not received an order update. There is no option to call these guys or contact them in any way other than email.
Honestly it feels like I’ve been scammed by these guys, I go on their Facebook and Instagram and see multiple individuals going through the same exact thing.
I’m at a loss now, these guys have my money, and have my wife’s Christmas presents and they’re holding em hostage without a ransom note.
The whole thing is messed up and unprofessional, absolutely not how you run a business.
For the record there is an option to edit your address on the site, but when you try, it just has you login over and over throwing you for a loop.
Again, feels like a giant scam.
