I ordered and paid for two plushies for…

I ordered and paid for two plushies for my son's christmas present. These are literally all he has asked for for Christmas but despite me ordering on 22nd November they still have not arrived. The website says its fulfilled but no further updates received and no responses at all to my numerous emails to fangamer europe to ask what is happening. No phone number listed anywhere for someone I can talk to about this issue. I am at a loss as to how to contact anyone. I have paid a lot of money and feel like I've been scammed.

*Following me leaving this review I then received an email from Fangamer Europe to apologise and explaining that the parcel must have got lost somehow. They then despatched again and it said it would arrive 27th December (after Christmas), however it has arrived today which is good news.

Ils ne sont plus fiables

Commande passée le 30 Novembre, ils m'envoient des infos de suivi le 3 décembre, colis envoyé. Le 11 toujours rien je regarde donc les infos de suivi (en allemand) de DHL et je vois que le colis n'a jamais quitté l'Allemagne, il est parti le 3 et retour à l'expéditeur le 4. Fangamer ne m'a pas contacté, ne réponds pas au mail (3 à 4 jour ouvré donc on va voir). J'ai du ouvrir un dossier litige avec Paypal, pas de nouvelle pour l'instant. Ma commande était des cadeaux pour Noel donc à mon avis c'est mort. Quant au site US j'ai fait une commande le 29 et 2 semaines après la commande n'a pas été préparée (certains articles payés ne sont meme plus en stock). J'ai beaucoup commandé à Fangamer mais je pense que c'est la dernière année.

Fast delivery and great variety of gaming merch!

Found the only Astro Bot plush on the Internet apparently. Bit pricey but it's official merch. And Hades merch which was on sale. Arrived within 3 days which I thought was amazing for £5 delivery from Netherlands to UK. Will definitely come back to this site for Christmas presents.

Site fiable

Commande passée sur le site Européen de FanGamer pour une livraison en France, j’ai reçu l’article en parfait état et très bien emballé, donc c’est super. Les frais de livraison de 5€ sont corrects compte tenu du fait que c’est expédié depuis les Pays Bas.

Le seul bémol et axe d’amélioration est le suivi colis qui via leur site a été totalement inutile (aucune info n’était affichée) seul le suivi par Colis Privé était plutôt correct. À titre d’information, j’ai commandé un jeudi soir, et colis reçu le jeudi de la semaine suivante.

Ordered shirt; got empty boxes.

Ordered shirt (shipping Fangamer.EU to UK).
Got lots of dispatch emails from Netherlands Postal Service but the BOX ARRIVED (sealed but) EMPTY.

Customer Service auto-replied promising a proper reply 7-10 days which they did, promising to issue a 'replacement'. More emails turned up from the Netherlands postal service and, after another week, A SECOND EMPTY BOX turned up!

Took another week for customer service to reply but they issued the refund I requested pretty quickly. Seemed pretty unshocked that they were globally shipping empty boxes... read into that what you will.

Tl;dr? I wasted a month trying to buy a shirt but ended up with an inbox full of Dutch dispatch notifications, 2 well-travelled empty boxes and a refund.

Rápido y producto de calidad

Pedí un libro y la verdad es que me sorprendió la calidad del mismo. Viendo las reviews y encima viviendo en Canarias pensé que habría mil problemas con el envío, pero nada más lejos de la realidad. Lo enviaron muy rápido y llegó muy rápido incluso siendo navidad, con unos gastos de envío bastante normales. Ningún problema ni incidente, todo genial. Volveré a comprar.

Je vous recommande ce site!

J'ai commandé mon porte clé et mon tapis de souris le 21/09 et en environ 1 semaine il est arrivé! J'ai pu suivre mon coli pendant tout ce temps très facilement. L'emballage du tapis de souris était en parfait état tout comme le tapis! Je vous recommande de commander chez eux!

Vinyle Hollow Knight abimé

Le vinyle Hollow knight que j'ai acheté est arrivé abimé dans les coins, rayé a l'arrière de la couverture au point de laisser des traces blanches, les pochettes des disques sont arrivées déchirées sur les cotés, le papier était plié dans le coin supérieur gauche et même déplié il y a toujours une marque. J'ai laissé un avis sur la page de l'article mais cet avis n'apparait pas (bizarre). Bref site a fuir, du moins pour les vinyles.

Disgraceful company

Placed order for an in stock item. A shipping confirmation. Two weeks .. No movement. Several emails and tweets..The package was returned to them, but they confirmed the address was valid. They sent me confirmation that the package was being dispatched and as a goodwill gesture, they were not going to charge me for it! LOL. When I questioned how this was a goodwill gesture, they simply cancelled my order and refunded my money. This company is shameful. See below...
