I could say that Ms. Jenny Smith was very polite, and alot of experience working with me on my issues to achieve my flight. And I thank her very much for that.
And I would do it again in the near future for her to accomplish another flight.

David was very good with his customer service. He took the time to book my flight and made sure I received all info on my flight via email.

I’ve used Farebarber multiple times and David Hunt has always been responsive with communication.

TBH, I wasn't sure about booking with David because of what I read online as well as the reviews from other sites. With that said, I bit the bullet and dived into it as I knew if something went wrong, I could dispute the charge. Just FYI....always use a credit card if you have one. Credit card companies tend to side with the cardholder almost always. Anyways, I was nervous throughout the entire process, but David made me feel at ease from beginning to end with his knowledge and confidence in his job. I did have to call him the next day because I didn't receive any communication (email), but that's more on me for being jittery. I got the airline tickets the next day and confirmed it with the airline. Thanks again David, we will be using you again.
