I have never used a travel agency before because I always arrange everything on my own, including flights, hotels, tours, and cruises. Because of my experience with Farebarber, I may start using an agent for all of my next vacations... Thank you for a wonderful, restful vacation. Without you, I would not have discovered that hotel or arranged for transfers, etc. I sincerely appreciate it!

Best in class flight booking agency. Each time I have to go to new orleans, I call up my guy from the bookings department. Toby takes care of everything for me and gives me the discount I need. This is a good and trusted business relationship I share with them.

They rate no stars. About to sue in New Jersey for consumer fraud. Bought 6 round trip flights to Cancun on Delta. Received confirmation from Delta. Got to the airport and was told 5 of 6 tickets had been "suspended". Was then told flights had been booked through Kenya Airline. Was forced to buy 5 return trip tickets directly from Delta for close to $1,200 each. Tried to confirm the one good ticket the night before we were to leave to go home and was told it, too, was suspended by Delta. Had to buy another ticket for $495. David Hunt of Farebarber promised a refund to me and to my brother-in-law but so far, nothing, Guess they need to be sued to pay. Thankfully I am an attorney well versed in NJ's Consumer Fraud Act. UPDATE: After considerable back and forth, Farebarber finally refunded my payment to them for the 11 flights that were suspended AND for the 11 replacement flights that I had to book so I have been made whole. Ironically, they now just sent a message that they can not locate my reservation and asked for more info so they can rectify.

Misha was really nice. She asssited me in the booking process. I had her on a three way call with my wife and we got the best pricing option for our flight itinerary. She was sweet and took care of all our demands for the trip. Customer service agents like hers make a company worth giving business to. Good work farebarber.

Got a cheap discount on my flight for Air Canada. It was after searching for 30 minutes, I was able to find a decent offer. I read the reviews online so I was convinced that they would be able to offer me a good price. Thank you Andy.

I had booked my ticket for Miami. When i was booking the ticket i had seen a low price but when booked they charged little more. So I called the customer service and explained that what I have seen and what i was charged. When they checked the time of my booking they immediately charged me what was showing at that moment. It was a system error but a very good customer service.

Vince was quick and helpful. He got us the discounted ticket for our flight to Aruba. He was kind, gracious and well spoken and conveyed each and everything that we needed to know before boarding the flights. It was a great experience to book with Farebarber.

I found farebarber on Google when I searched for the cheapest flights from New York. I got a call from my account manager Amanda who confirmed the tickets for me at the best matched price, after comparing it with all other websites. I liked their services. Will Definitely book with them for sure.

05. We booked a trip to (CN) with (AN) and he was awesome. He handled our entire trip from flight, to rental car, to hotel to shows. It was so nice to pass that responsibility to somebody as competent and timely as (AN). He was also there for us the entire time to handle questions and deal with travel logistics. We have also used for last hotel needs and he always comes through! Highly recommend!

Originally I had given them one star because when I arrived at the counter, Delta Airlines told me that the tickets were not valid. Fair Barber had attempted to contact me the day before to let me know that Delta had canceled the tickets. It wasn't the fault of Fare barber. In fact, to correct the problem they issued me a full refund.
