I’d give this company ZERO stars if it was an option. Placed an order in January for a trip planned for March. After waiting over a month began emailing this company multiple times with no response. Finally replied to the original order confirmation email and got a reply where I was told they were back ordered and it would be another 6 weeks. I responded that I wanted them to cancel the order and I would file a dispute with my credit card company (who were awesome and reversed the charge immediately - they get 5 stars!).

Fast forward to 3 days ago when my “complete” order arrived. Of which, 2 of 6 items arrived, neither of which visually match what was ordered. And these items are so poorly made, it’s laughable. These clothes look like they were made in a middle-school Home Ec class by someone who’d never used a sewing machine before. Hopefully, this review will do some good and dissuade others from wasting their money on this so-called company.

At least I got mine back...thank goodness for AppleCard!

Don't EVER order anything from this company.
I placed an order on January 27th and I still haven't received my merchandise.
I have asked repeatedly to get my money back but I still have not gotten my credit card refunded.

I was excited to buy and I ordered on 8th Feb arrived 9th April. The sizing is terrible more like a small than large. I have given it away and I am really disappointed. Don't recommend at all.

I wish I had done my homework. I ordered 2 tops and 2 pants February 12. Got one top March 25. Tracking number says order was delivered March 25. Why wouldn't they send everything in one shipment? I keep emailing them but getting no response. I've seen the same clothes on different sites, so it's obviously the same company with different names to reel unsuspecting people like me in to purchase their products. They are obviously a scam and a rip off. Never again.

Don't purchase anything from here. It was my first on line purchase for clothes and it will be my last. They said it would take 4 weeks, it look 8 weeks.( COVD19) When I got my shirt it looked similar to the item I purchased but nothing like I expected. It was unfinished. The buttons were to small for the holes. The material was poor quality. Can't empathize enough don't waste your money.

It would be great if there were minus stars. I placed an online Order on the 14th January and received it 9th April only after emailing time and time again. They don’t reply to emails unless there is pressure to do so. I will from now on read the reviews before buying anything just a shame I didn’t read all the reviews for Fasigal.

Never received my order. They NEVER answer emails. Sadly I’ve been Scammed. Stay away from this and other clothing websites like this. I was stupid to not research first.

I placed an order, they billed my credit card twice. Ask me to provide pictures of my incomplete order and never mention refunding the extra charge. It's been over 6 weeks and they have stopped replying to my inquiries for reimbursing 112.98$

I really wished I'd seen these reviews prior to ordering! Received only one item out of the 6 I ordered. I did like the one item I received. Try getting a hold of someone to get some sort of response!!!!! I will never order again even if I get the items.!~

After they kept coming up on FB feeds I did an online order in February 2020 via goign to their website, then read the reviews about Fasigal, which had me worried, so immediately emailed them to cancel. They said don't worry order still processing and x days wait on the order. I replied no please cancel and never heard back from them.I was covered as I had made purchase by Paypal who has a guarantee. Waited just over a month and no goods turned up. Emailed Fasigal again, they said don't worry and gave me the same timeframe as the first email and asked if that was acceptable. I said no please cancel and refund me immediately and the replied and said ok. I had a FULL REFUND back to my credit card within about a week! Maybe because I went through PayPal and they don't wat to lose their contract with them? Pity as the clothes looked so nice.

I ordered 2pants in February and still have received nothing. They do not respond to emails. Do not order from them.

I don't want to give 1 star as the product I ordered does not not rate that. The top I ordered looks nothing like the photo and the material and colour is absolutely shocking. It is not even able to be used as a cleaning rag. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
I wish I had read the reviews first I will know better in future.

Do not place an order. I placed my order Jan 25th for several items, over us$90.00. Today I received ONE dress and nothing else. No paper work or shipping information included.
I am unable to contact this company. This company goes by several other names. Google them.

The same add runs for all of these companies. Please do not send them your money. We need to report them and stop them.

I have been waiting 3.5 months for my order. I received 2 of 7 items after over a month and me emailing to inquire about the status, then received 1 more piece last week. Still haven't received the remaining 4 items. After not getting anywhere after numerous emails, I have demanded a refund. Twice. They said my order 'has stopped tracking', so to call Toll group. They have not given me a tracking number and Toll doesn't have anything under my name or address.

DO NOT ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY!!

ZERO stars. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Waited 6 weeks only to receive half my order. Quality-horrible. material-cheap. Sizing-irregular. Looks nothing like website photos. Bathing suit-no hem just a rough cut. I spent $83.00 and got nothing wearable. I don’t trust this company to refund me so I’m not going to spend more money to ship this trash back.

I had a terrible experience, that's still not resolved. I do not recommend this company.

Horrible service and very bad customer service! They cannot be trusted to deliver on time. I am super upset. My order took almost 4 months to deliver. And their products are substandard. I will not recommend anyone to buy from them.

Never received even when it was supposedly in my mailbox! Scam company! Do NOT order anything from this non-company!
