Guys don’t buy from them they are scammers, they send different items from the pictures and videos, low cheap quality 👌🏻and when you want to return it they tell you you have to pay for the shipping as their policy say, so what shall I do if not the same item description!!!!

though really cheaply made. The 2nd was really see-through - which was neither pictured nor stated in the catalog. The boots were absolute junk. They were glued in places boots are normally stitched and made of thin pseudo suede. The ad pictured sturdy, good quality boots not even remotely like what I received. I submitted the first of many emails within hours of receiving the pkg. All emails were ignored completely until it was past the return deadlines I reach the company on this info which is Eight 𝒻𝑜𝓊𝓇ᶠⁱᵛᵉ𝒻ᵢᵥₑ ₜ𝓌ₒ ₒₙₑ ⁷²⁴⁵ Really cheap and unforgivably long shipping time I was able to return this Garbage to the company But one pair was really cute although I’m concerned about how long they’ll last because the fabric seems cheap.

Terrible. Ordered 3 items and after several emails I recieved 1. That was 12 months ago, and I have heard nothing since.

Terrible,terrible,terrible service. One year ago they took my order and I did not receive it. I text and was told they were out of stock and to be patient. Still no order by July I contacted them and they stated they would refund my money but did not. I used PayPal but since it was dragged over the time limit they would not get involved. So long story short I’m out $75 hard earned dollars. Never buy form this company!!! They do not even deserve a 1 star.

I wish I could give minus stars I have been waiting for some type of responses to my emails since they have taken my hard earned money and simple just never sent my clothes. Thieves!!!!!!!!

Original order 1/3/20. Received two of the three items. To this date still waiting for either a refund or the item. They DO NOT answer emails.
Do they hope you give up and go away? I don't think so as I'm a "it's the principal of the matter" type person and will not give in.

I wish there was an option to leave zero stars. I never received my order. Then they said they were out of stock and offered me a refund. When I asked about my refund the said it had been too long and I should choose something else. After many emails, they said they would refund my money. The money never came. Two more times they said they would refund the money and they never did. I am finally tired of fighting with them. My only option now is to leave bad reviews all over the internet. I will never get my refund but maybe I can be a small part of putting them out of business.

Bought several pants from this company which looked adorable on line but, except for one pair, looked extremely cheap. The first pair I received looked like the first project in a high school home economics class. And they don’t have any tags inside as to Company or washing instructions. There’s only a little tag with the size. Nothing else. And I think they’re the same company as several others like Curvelady and a couple others. And I ordered them in January and received them in August which they blamed on COVID. One factor is that I move far beyond when they should have arrived and I even asked if they could ship to the new address which they ignored. But one pair was really cute although I’m concerned about how long they’ll last because the fabric seems cheap.

DO NOT buy from this website. Products do not resemble those advertised. Products do NOT shop from the US as they claim, they come from China. Products are very cheap and very inaccurate representations of those advertised. Refunds offered are what is left after the cost of nailing the products back to China! Run away!!!! Very quickly!!!!!

I ordered 4 items and received 3. The size is way bigger than it should be. I put 2 items in the dryer to shrink but the 3rd item, a dress, could fit a size 12 while I'm size 8. Couldn't return it. Bad bad bad

Sizes and materials are wrong very bad fabric, don’t let them to deceive you as they did me and my sister.

I should have read reviews before I ordered or never would have gotten in this mess. Cute clothes in pictures but quality of fabric and workmanship poor, and different than pictured. Followed guidelines for return but never got a reply to how and where to send items. Sent them to address on package, Chino CA, a month ago and no reply yet and no refund. It took more than 3 months for clothes to be delivered, quality was horrible, company only concerned with making money not customer satisfaction. Have a 98% poor rating but deserve much less.

1. It took me six months to get the six items I purchased. I was never advised as to the progress or lack thereof with my order. Six months! 2. Next, the items were huge. Im a size 8 and they fit my aunt who is a size 16-18. All six items were huge. 3. The blouses' sleeves were not hemmed. 4. I loved the pictures on the website. The clothes looked so cute in the pictures. I was overwhelmingly disappointed.

They are thieves I hope they burn in hell! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM IT IS A SCAM. I ordered 5 items and after more than 3 months and countless emails, I received just one and it was total crap, not at all as advertised. When I tried to contest they presented the shipping proof OF THE ONE ITEM and I lost. DO NOT USE PAYPAL AS THEY ARE STUPID AND FELL FOR THIS SCAM. They did not stick up for me at all-they never even looked at the weight of the package. I’m so sick of people thinking they are entitled to others hard earned money and don’t think they should work for it. I learned my lesson. AGAIN DO NOT ORDER FROM FASIGAL THEY ARE DISHONEST LAZY CROOKS. I HOPE THEY GET COVID AND THEN KARMA WILL TEACH THEM A FINAL LESSON WHILE THEY GO TO HELL! They will have eternity to burn in hell and regret they are too lazy and stupid to make money legitimately.

This company does not deserve any stars! Took 7 weeks for my top to arrive and it was made out of a completely different fabric and I am unable to wear it and get in touch with the company. NEVER AGAIN WILL I WASTE MY MONEY!

I ordered three items in April and the email and tracking confirmation said I received all three items but only one was including in the delivered package. Despite emailing to sort the problem to service@Fasigal, they have not bothered to respond to multiple emails. I have notified my bank and will dispute the charges.
