Please do not order from this company if you expect any decent service or communication. I ordered and the clothes came in 3 segments after I had placed the orderover 6 weeks prior. I have emailed them several times starting April 10th when the first item arrived and the clothing quality was poor and huge. Buyer beware

Do not buy from this company. Their customer support was getting back to me indicating that there were back orders and processing would happen soon. I’ve contacted them several times since that correspondence and did receive any reply. Thank goodness my order was not a lot of money but never the less, they have it and I don’t have the items. Lesson learned.

I ordered $92.00 worth of clothing that I never received. I was addressed as dear when I emailed them about not receiving my order. They said it was on back order, the second email stated that my order was lost and to send a copy of my confirmed email. Did this twice. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. They are thieves.

Do not buy from Fasigal! I also should have checked reviews first. They have stolen $140 from me. I ordered online in January and sent an email saying items were out of stock. I then read review as their emails weren’t written professionally and they called me dear. I cancelled my order which a week later they confirmed a refund citing an incorrect order number. I have emailed them 8 times and still no refund. This is a big Scam!

Ordered items in Jan 2020
Never heard from them, they however did charge my card the transaction.
Emailed them in February
They said items not available
No refund by the end of February
Emailed again mid March, they said my account was refunded.
Today 4/23/20 still no refund

Worst experience I have ever had. Ordered on 14th January received on 21st April. Trousers are disgusting nothing like what was pictured. The top wasn’t much better won’t wear them. Won’t even give to charity they are that bad. Might be able to use them for washing the car Terrible. Customer service is non existent

I ordered 4 items in January. I finally received 1 item (the least expensive one) . I have emailed them many times with no valid reply. I now plan on filing a complaint with the California Attorney General since it appears the US contact is in California.

Will not order another item that originates in China.

I placed an order in February. now 3 months ago, and have not received my order. I have contacted them twice with no response. And they have also disappeared from Facebook.
They have basically stole my money!
Do NOT buy from these thieves!

Well my shipment which I ordered on Feb. 8/2020 arrived on Monday April 20, 2020 and I have to tell you that it is not what I expected. Both pair of pants are Ill fitting, I usually wear a XL but I would say your Black pants XL is the size of a medium and they are not the regular length of pants. It did not say in the description that they were cropped. The white ones which are a XXL I can just barely get on but I could not sit down in them. The top is like a size ML. I am very disappointed as these things looked so nice in the pictures, you should congratulate your photographer as he made your products look great. As you can imagine that is the last things I will ever order from Fasigal!

I have put in a order in Jan. paid $66.01 for the clothes I thought would be great for my trip in Feb. I’m still waiting and here it is the in of a April. Still nothing 😔.I asked for my refund,still have not received anything, no clothes me refund.

I placed my order on 2/12/20. Granted with the virus hitting right about then I did anticipate a delay. It is now 4/20 and I have only received 2 out of 5 items. Each of those items in in separate shipment in the last 3 weeks, so got first item beginning of April. I received a notice about 2 weeks ago that the shipment was assigned a new tracking number, that was after the 2nd item was shipped. I am assuming this will be the remaining 3 items, but not counting on it! I sent an email asking when the ETA is and no response. When I click on track shipment the post office hasn't even received the package. It is the last time I will order from them.

Like everyone else...horrible.
I didn't get my entire order either. And it took me 3 months to get this size extra large item that wouldn't fit a child.
I am asking PayPal to help me get a refund, but they told me to file a complaint with the FBI. Seriously?
Do not order from here. it is a scam.

I got one item after waiting two months but trying to get the other two items. Said tried to deliver and told them to leave at the door but nothing arrived. Sending emails constantly but stupid replies and now my emails from R just coming back. I wish I had read the reviews first too. I shop online regularly but will only buy from Australian companies now. Will.not support China or buy products from them at all now. I only put one star because it wouldn't me write the review. Zero star.

I live in Georgia and ordered 4 items four months ago and yet to receive them I emailed them I think they are in China and won't ever see my items I am going to stop payment.

Ordered 4 items since January 30, delivered 1. I received msg saying unsuccessful to deliver no one home. So I called the # of the courier " Toll "provided but unfortunately I was advised that my parcel is missing. Until now no answer it's already 17th of April. Sent emails to Fasigal but no reply. So disappointed.

So very glad I took a leaf out of my husbands book and googled for reviews. Wow how close I came to spending my money and giving them my bank details. Thank you to everyone who has made a review here, you are worth the 5 stars.

Ordered 5 items and was delivered one. These items are cheap but was okay with that as they would be one season items that were cute.....Cute or not, they get paid but do not deliver...

When I looked into my account status to see about shipment of the remaining items it say "fulfilled". I contacted them and customer service says they are backordered on items and would send. I tried again to get followups and now no response. I have had to file a resolution / complaint with Paypal...... Really not worth the hassle for cheap quality clothes...cute or not...

China beware......

Wish i had read these reviews before i shopped through this company, still waiting on three items out of 4. Just to get one item took 2 and a half months. i have commented on their Facebook page to warn other people now i don't see their post.After seeing these reviews i will be contacting Paypal for my money back.

I am, like everyone else commenting here, extremely disappointed in this whole company — responses, actual clothing and construction, delivery time, you name it. Ordered Jan 15, still waiting for some items. First blouse came in April. It had stains on it. Plus, the picture looked like linen but it was the cheapest polyester I’ve ever seen. Plus I ordered a medium and this thing could’ve fit a barn. I took pictures of the stains and fabric blemished expecting they’d refund my money. NOPE, said it would cost to much to return the blouse to China. I didn’t even know these clothes were coming from China. They suggested I give the blouse to a friend or to charity. REALLY? Did you not understand? The blouse is not something I would give to anyone! I told them them either refund my money or I’ll request PayPal to refund my money. Never heard from them again! Another blouse arrived today. Picture appeared to be Lenin and again it’s a cheap polyester. At least this one isn’t stained. One blouse arrived and it was suppose to be cotton and looked like Cotten in the pics — again a cheap polyester. Still waiting for the maxi dress to arrive. It appears to be a cotton knit in pics but it’ll likely be another cheap polyester! I will put all of these clothes into the give-away bin. I spent $127 for this bunch of crap. Have NEVER had this problem ever when ordering on line! Most companies understand the power of social media and bad feedback and most usually stand behind their products. What I really hate is all the poor workers making these clothes are in some Chinese sweatshop, making 10 cents an hour while the owner is scamming and ripping people off! Also, you will notice that Fasi Gal allows you to leave feedback but you’ll also notice they don’t show any reviews for any of their clothing. A lot of the reviewers give names of companies that have these same clothes, believing it is one company selling under several different names. I’ve seen same clothes on Nora Cora but haven’t noticed that site noted. BEWARE!!!
