The pens write well but feel a bit inexpensive. Shipping took longer than stated on the website, but the pens arrived in a sturdy box.

Fast Disappointment
Logo on pens were way too small. Not even legible to someone who doesn’t know the logo. Came in a plastic bag loose and the pens rubbed each others causing scuffs and scratches. Not a pleasant experience.

I w order did not arrive on time at allas supposed to receive my order on…
I was supposed to receive my order on friday.September, the twenty sixth and the last time I actually were able to track it, it said I would not be receiving it until tuesday, september thirtieth, which is way past when I needed the items very disappointed.I spoke to someone two different times they said that the order would be going out on thursday, and it would be overnighted.And now they're almost useless to me

Zero communication and SLOW!
Zero communication. Slow. I ordered on the 15th. Website said ship next day. Confirmation email said ship the 19th. I called and asked and was on the phone over 20 minutes, they could not find my order in their system even with the order #. Finally he found it, told me he had no idea when it might ship. I still don't have a shipping confirmation, but I do have a UPS package from an unknown shipper on the way that was sent out on the 24th, but wont be delivered until the 29th. Maybe those are my pens? What a JOKE. Will never order again.

Great looking pen in all aspects except for writing
Great looking pen in all aspects. Came out exactly as I designed it. As for writability, I'm giving it 4 stars because for a $9+ pen, it should write much smoother. It has gaps in the ink when it writes.
