We’re very sorry to hear that the print quality on your pens did not meet your expectations. At FastPens, we strive to ensure every order is delivered with the highest standards, and we understand how disappointing this must be.
Someone from our team will be reaching out to you directly to review your order and find the best solution. Thank you for bringing this to our attention — we truly value your feedback.
Proofing is deceptive
Proofing is deceptive, pens looked nothing like image of proof. Customer service would not offer any remedy when pens came and were difficult to read. Never again nor would I recommend .

The price for a small quantity was ideal. Designing my pen was easy to do on the website and the pens looked exactly as I expected. My only disappointment was that I chose a "Dark Red" pen which should be maroon, and the pens are ruby red.

Thank you for your detailed feedback! We’re so glad to hear the design process was smooth and that the pens turned out just as expected. We appreciate your note on the color, ‘Dark Red’ can definitely be subjective, and we’ll take this into account to improve clarity on our color options. We're happy the pricing and customization met your needs, and we hope to serve you again soon!
