Resposta da Fastpens
Good day Janet,
Thank you for you review. Currently the imprint area of our pens is 60mm x 6mm approximately, it varies from one pen style to another depending on the shape of it.
We do recomend to confirm on the website with the preview provided that the logo will fit your needs, nevertheless, your concerns have been escalated to the development department to take into consideration for further improvements.
Thank you so much for doing business with us!
Great Customer Service
Our logo was going to be an issue so they reached out and helped me find a solution that worked best for both printing and our business! Pens also arrived quickly and earlier than expected.

Will come again!
I 100% thought this was either going to be a scam or horrible quality. I am SO impressed with this website and will be ordering again! My order came in about 4 days and looked just like the proof. Everyone loved their pens!

Perfect pen for business or personal.
These pens are great. They write very well, and the ink doesn’t dry up. The style is comfortable, not bulky.
Large or small order, these are great. I will definitely order again.
Excellent customer service.

They were fast
They were fast! Looked good. Wish color logo was a bit muted and bigger but overall happy on speed and price and overall look. Just was our small nonprofit needed for an event two weeks away in a crunch.

Fast shipment
Fast shipment. Print on pens look low quality, a little blurry looking. Weird white shadowing around some of the letters.

Hello Rensita
I apologize for this inconvenience; I will contact you via email to follow up on this.
Resposta da Fastpens
Dear Customer,
We apologize that our pens did not deliver to your expectations.
After going back on forth with you, it is unfortunate that due to product restrictions we were unable to increase the size.
We hope that perhaps our team’s support to help you solve this was strong and good enough to give us a second chance.
We’d hate for this to be your last impression of us.
Easy process
It was easy to choose, design and order my pens. They were shipped promptly.

I was so pleasantly surprised that Fastpens was just that! I was able to create the design and pay from my mobile device and within 10 minutes! Less than a week later I had beautifully done pens at my door. Would not hesitate to use again.
