Delayed delivery.
Ordered a bag to be delivered to store by 3rd December. Now the 9th of December and still no sign of it. I did have a mail saying it work be delayed by 2/3 days but not by such a long time. Usually I am very happy with the service from FatFace.

Quick delivery, regular updates, easy collection, friendly staff. My cardigan is really cosy and keeps me warm, excellent product.

Fat Face is my go to shop again. and…
Fat Face is my go to shop again and again. As a disabled person I can rely on your 99% of the time accurate sizing. Meaning low stress shopping on line. Furthermore you unlike many other retailers still included a ready to go return label, should anything not be just right. To boot my local shop, Nottingham has the best disabled parking in town and a reliable lift in store. Doing things well included everyone. Well done Fat Face.

Simple and easy
The website was easy to place orders. I was able to choose my nearest store to collect from and a convenient date. I received email updates for my items, where they were in transit. All very good.

Poor service when I tried to collect…
Poor service when I tried to collect it. Sales person couldn't give me a delivery day, even though id paid for next day delivery, due to what she described as parking restrictions outside the store preventing their currier dropping deliveries off. After speaking to customer service this sounds like a load of rubbish. Thinking it may have been there already and just not processed, but i won't be shopping there again

Clothes are awesome and still good…
Clothes are awesome and still good quality. Buying online and having delivered to store, you need a crystal ball. No confirmation email and no email to say clothes were at the store of choice. Turned up on spec to see if they were there, and they were. Not sure what is going with their email system. Anyway don’t let that put you off because FatFace clothes always have been good quality and last a long time. Also store staff are very friendly and can’t do enough for you.

Great styled clothes and customer service.
Great clothes, styles which are a nice quality and customer support is spot on. I click and collect which is great because if the items are unsuitable they can be left at the shop and refunded.

Worth the journey
Takes me over an hour to get to this quaint shop but always worth the visit even just to drool over the lovely clothes displayed so beautifully.
Collected a dress ordered online at sale price and am over the moon with. Staff are so welcoming and helpful.
