I'm not sure why they have so many bad reviews? I've ordered 3 separate items (2 pairs of burnout denim, and brown eyelet cotton pants). I'm awaiting my 4th order. A sweater this time. All beautiful. So far all really good quality I love that they have petites so no hemming required. The shipping is long (about 10 days to Canada) but is trackable. It would be great if they used DHL for their clothing price point for faster shipping. Otherwise really no complaint. I've not done a return or tried to contact customer service so no opinion on that.

I really regret ordering from Fabrique now and I feel I have fallen for a scam. The order I made was never delivered and according to the tracking, is being returned to sender....

Arrived completely unwearable due to wrinkles and cheap tissue cotton fabric . Could be any cheap retailer . AI depiction in social media is completely different than actual product . Shipping took 2 weeks from China with YUNI - then handed off to US Postal service for last mile delivery . I do not recommend this vendor or its product in this case . I will be trying to start a return but from what I’m reading , it won’t be handled well .

This is an exciting business idea - They collaborate with talented designers and the marketing photography is beautiful. However, they are missing the most essential element: product quality, especially given the premium prices.

I purchased four items with an original value of over £1,080. My experience was inconsistent: the one item shipped from England arrived quickly, but the other three shipped from China and took a very long time to arrive.

While the jumper was acceptable, all three dresses were made from very thin, low-quality fabric with poor tailoring and terrible fits. They felt cheaply made and did not reflect the price tag at all.

I ultimately returned all four items. I was quite nervous about the process after reading other reviews here regarding return issues. While I did eventually receive my refund, it was only processed after I had to proactively email them to follow up, two weeks after they had already received my return.

I ordered a silk/linen blend set from them for an upcoming wedding I am attending and was quite pleased with my experience. I used the size chart and while it fit as expected, the arms were just a bit too short for me and the fabric wasn’t as soft as I had hoped, so I sent it back. Overall, the set was gorgeous, I loved the pattern, it was sewn well, but it’s a July wedding outdoors, and I needed something a bit more flowy.

I was nervous because the negative reviews here seem to be about the return process, but my experience was great. I submitted the return request and had my shipping label in 48 hours. I packaged it up, took some photos and tracked it back to their warehouse in Canada where I live. I had seen two different refund expectation times listed on their site, so assumed it would be the longer. I had an email they received my package and another email hours later stating I’ll be receiving a refund, which took 10 business days. I expected 14.

I would order from them again if there was something that really caught my eye.

I have purchased a few items from this company - a coat, a top, trousers, denim pants and a bag. Some of these items are great quality and I can see them lasting for a very long time, however, I have come across a quality issue - Selene Knot Top.

I directed my issue to the company and only received a reply 1 week later after sending 2 emails. They will not contact you within 48 hours like they claim. This top should not even be sold as it is no longer wearable after 4 wears. The velvet at the elbows has completely « rubbed » off and the top is no longer wearable. The company told me this is normal wear and tear. I only wore this top sitting at a desk. $270 just down the drain. Do not purchase this top unless you will only be standing wearing it.

For a company that claims they sell quality designer inspired pieces, I can say that some are good and some are bad. I cannot risk spending hundreds of dollars on clothing that will not last more than 4 wears. I am terribly disappointed with this experience and the response from Fabrique.

They were great with shipping, however I returned all 3 items last year and I still haven’t had a reply or a refund. I would save the hassle and order elsewhere. It is a requirement to refund the orders and not just just keep the money for themselves.

I ordered a pair jeans that had a unique fabric and pattern I really liked but I was concerned about sizing because of all the negative comments about the return process.Customer service responded promptly about missing info in their sizing guide (which is usually very helpful because it gives the actual product dimensions.) And they were dead accurate. The length and waist are exactly as represented, the quality is exactly as described and the package tracking from China was updated daily and arrived 10 calendar days from my order.

I bought a coat with Fabrique. The various designers and the natural materials caught my attention. The item was quite pricy and I was a bit disappointed when I saw it was shipped from China and not Milan. At that point I went to check the reviews and I was quite worried as I saw many 1 star reviews. It took a bit longer than expected for the item to arrive and unfortunately was too big so I had to exchange it. I got in touch with customer service a few times and they promptly helped. The second shipment was much faster. I had a great experience overall. The coat looks great and the material is super. I would greatly recommend this website. The only downside is that it might take roughly 8 days for your item to arrive, I bought the first coat on the 28/02 and I received the right size after exchange on the 18/03.

Clothes are gorgeous quality! I have enjoyed every piece of clothing I’ve received.

Taobao/Shein equivalent quality with worst return process ever! The products were manufactured in China and shipped from China. Return? You have to ship it back to China, which means custom, time, cost, etc. etc.

DON'T buy at all!

I am actually quite unhappy after reading the reply...the return happened after making a lot of enquiries with various shipping options and making efforts to go back to mainland China to return. I just don't understand why they assumed that I can easily ship the products back to mainland China from HK/overseas location (or outside of US and ship things to US) without paying significant additional duties (not mentioning the shipping cost) on my side.

I guess unless you are absolutely sure what you want to buy and won't make a return, just DO NOT buy.

I normally never write reviews, but I had a very good experience with Fabrique and seeing how low their reviews are, I wanted to chip in.

I ordered a dress and made a mistake on the sizing. I really needed it so, I took the risk and just went ahead and bought it on the right size too, hoping I could just return or cancel the previous order.

Only after buying the second dress, I went into trustpilot and saw the very low rating... I really regretted being so impulsive!

I wrote them to cancel the wrong size, with not a lot of hope. They replied in the next 48h telling me the order had already been dispatched but they were going to try and track it from their courier. They managed to track it and cancelled the order without me having to do anything! I received the refund briefly after!

And the best part, a week or so later I got the right size dress, and it was so well presented, the quality seems very nice, the dress is lovely. I couldnt ask for more.

I can only speak of my own experience, but it was very good!

made in china, not luxury, poor return policy they do not refund promptly or at all. BEWARE

Ordered a pair of jeans, nice quality but didn't fit properly. They were around £200 so can imagine the stress of following up on my refund multiple times. It got sorted after a month. I will not be ordering anything else from them

They do not care about customer experience. I have contacted their customer service team several times about 2 separate returns (Order #4R746401X1P & Order #4R746472X1P). Royal Mail Tracking YR031528565GB (Delivered March 2nd) and Royal Mail Tracking YR0315 51269GB(In Coventry, Pending Delivery as of March 24). The items have been returned and even the first one delivered. I've yet to receive any refund, I even messaged the IG for a response. I am out over £700 will NOT be purchasing again. ALSO their sizing on their site is rubbish you can't gauge how things will fit. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!

Wouldn’t even give a star. This is a scam and scandal. No answer from the customer service on my return while contacting them several times. 400£ that probably won’t be refunded. Please avoid this website.

I returned three items one day after receiving them because they were too large and not comfortable.

The return was delivered to their New Castle warehouse three weeks ago, and since then there have been zero updates. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times and only received automated responses — no actual follow-up from a real person.

Waiting over three weeks for a simple return refund is unacceptable. After reading other reviews, it seems some customers have waited over a month, which is concerning. If this is not resolved soon, I will have to ask my credit card company to request a charge dispute.

Very disappointing experience.
