Having used Fenn Wright for both selling a property and managing 2 rented properties, I have been totally satisfied with the service I have received.
They are friendly, professional and committed to providing a comprehensive & caring service.
Thank you to Regan Taunton for his efficiency and endless cheerfulness on the phone and also to Sarah Minter who is also a great asset and ambassador for Fenn Wright.

Very sadly I would say AVOID!
In March I put my apartment on the market with them, initially I was very impressed with their enthusiasm however I didn't get any viewings. The agent suggested I reduce the price, which I did, quite substantially. In total I had 4 unsuccessful viewings & they said I might have to re-consider lowering the price yet again. I decided to take the property off the market to return to the rental market. However I was contacted by another local estate agent who said they had interested parties but cannot market the property as I was silly & signed a 16 week sales contract with Fenn Wright, so even though I have withdrawn from the sales market with Fenn Wright, they refuse to terminate the contract until the end date in July and therefore I am stuck, which makes no sense at all to me. I have Stage 4 terminal cancer so time is an important factor to me.

Kirsty King & Adam Thorley worked tirelessly, sympathetically & with complete professionalism at all times to sell my home in very difficult circumstances.
I was kept informed every step of the way with good or bad news. Their honesty & complete transparency when things were not going well was always delivered with a sensitive but positive attitude with the drive to turn it around.
Kirsty & Adam went above & beyond what was expected to not only sell my house but to find a new meaningful home for me.
With the increase in stamp duty looming Kirsty worked her socks off to keep a very long chain in tact under considerable constraints. Although we didn’t make the deadline it was only because of Kirsty’s hard work & determination that the whole chain made it across the finish line & for that I will always be grateful.
I therefore highly recommend Fenn Wright Estate Agents.

Very shocking customer service. Viewed a property to rent and waited over an hour outside the front door to be told they didn't have access and was watching the locksmith trying to get into the property as they didn't have access for whatever reason. We waited over an hour as we really liked the look of the property from the photos online. We entered and at first was nice until we entered upstairs which was so damage and a horrendous standard to even show potential renters. There were red stains on carpets, filthy bathrooms, damaged walls and looked like the previous tenants has tried to rewire the house themselves as all the walls were botched. We liked the area and phoned Fenn Wright that we was dissapointed as they advertised the property with photos of a brand new house and since then its had damage and this is false representation and the lettings lady just said the landlord does not pay for end of tenancy inspection. But we asked if these problems would be rectified before new tenants but they kept fobbing us off with saying they would ring back but never did! We could of literally of walked into anything if the property had never been checked from previous tenants and used a locksmith to get in on the time of our viewing appointment. Extremely unprofessional. We then emailed them, sent messages to online chat and phoned numerous times to put our interest forward to be told they would contact us back but they never did or acknowledged our email. This service is shocking and especially fobbing off potential renters is just horrific when they are asking for so much rent monthly as well. Poor customer service from Fenn Wright and I certainly wouldn't want to use them in the future!

I would like to say that Kirsty at stanway is absolutely amazing , she was the one to call me to let me know about a house I loved was back on the market . Getting my house is all down to Kirsty and her amazing support .
I cannot fault her in any way but only give her such big praise .

I bought a house from Fenn Wright. Kirsty kept me updated every week. Process was super smooth. I have moved a few times and this is the least stressed I have felt about buying. I never had to chase for things to be done, Fenn Wright were on top of the solicitors all the way to ensure the transaction went smoothly. Would use if I sell in the future.

Well what can I say about this company except they are very professional and helpful. We have had 3 homes to sell & 1 to buy and we have had this company to do all. Everything ran smoothly for all of them, I can't fault them at all. Whenever you wanted to ask anything they would help wherever possible. 2 particularly people I think went out of there way to help us which is Charley (Felixstowe) & Kyle (Ipswich) & I can't thank them enough. We are now happy in our new home and hopefully 2025 will be quieter.
