Despite a protracted and frustrating purchase of our house, due mainly to it being a probate sale, I have only words of praise for the way Kirsty supported us throughout the long process. She kept us informed on the progress of the sale and was quick to respond to our many enquiries and concerns and acted as an excellent conduit between buyer and seller. Kirsty comes highly recommended and is a credit to Fenn Wright.

We found the staff in the Colchester Office to be really helpful particularly Ben & Kirsty. Kirsty provided weekly updates from the bottom of our house sale and purchase chain all the way to the top - Thank you.

We have just exchanged contracts on our new home, we are buying and not selling so can only talk about our experience of arranging viewings to see the house and then dealing with Fenn Wright as the purchase progressed.

The property was not an easy one to sell. The marketing material that Fennwright prepared was excellent as was their communication and feedback. Once an offer had been agreed the post sales support in seeing the sale through was absolutely superb.

I always knew I would use Fenn Wright when the time came to sell and I wasn't disappointed. First Phil, then Kirsty have been amazing. Kirsty especially has gone over and above to get us to completion. In fact I was kept more informed by her than I was by my solicitor and the agent we were buying through. Incredible service. The very professional service from the first meeting to the valuation and onwards with the viewings and onwards to the sale, I could not have had a better service, I was kept informed and up to date along the way from everyone at the office, just brilliant.
