The service we have received from Fenn Wright has been second to none. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and can't do enough to help. We had some difficulties with our purchase as there were some hurdles to overcome but Kirsty King supported us every step of the way and did all she could to get our purchase over the line. I’d never rented with them before and after my experience with the Colchester branch I certainly. After what I can only call blackmail tactics to force our rent up well above the rate of inflation and a refusal to return us to a yearly contract. Having been called a good tenant they refused to give us a reference when we wanted to move because of frankly despicable behaviour. We never had issues like this wort the previous agents.

Mel Rowlands handled the annual tenancy renewal of one of our rental properties in a very efficient and timely way. The turnaround time in her agreeing the terms of the renewal with the tenants was excellent.
