The very professional service from the first meeting to the valuation and onwards with the viewings and onwards to the sale, I could not have had a better service, I was kept informed and up to date along the way from everyone at the office, just brilliant.

One of the worst valuators. I had signed up for an Octopus Commercial Bridging Finance deal and Fenn Wright commercial were sent to perform valuation.
They took 8 weeks to respond to emails and communication and after persistent chasing they finally came on the 10th week, they simply dont respond at all.

On they day of valuation, came a senior commercial valuator and a trainee. The senior guy did nothing but talk on phone outside and let the trainee do the job himself, he dint know how to use the tools to do the measurements.

They went back and no response for about 6 weeks! then after chasing again sent a report with absolute terrible low down valuation with comparable as far away of 25 miles! In the same street there are commerical comparables which they did not put on their report, instead somewhere far of.

After push back and arguments, they sent another report after 2 weeks with some decent valuation. Meanwhile my offer with Octopus had expired and had to reapply and ended up getting an investor loan and by the time I was granted bridging finance, I was almost half way through the project refub

As we don't live in the area it was a bit of a random choice to be honest, but from the very first phone call to Kirsty at Fenn Wright in Stanway to book a valuation, to Paul coming to the property to value and take details (the sales particulars looked amazing) right through to great advice and fabulous sales progression by Kirsty in what turned out to be a lengthy process although the property sold on day one. We couldn't have made a better choice if we’d tried. We had weekly updates from Kirsty, quite often before my solicitor updated us. Fenn Wright have been brilliant throughout the whole process. They have kept me up to date, always replied to my enquires and have always been very accommodating and attentive to my needs. Kirsty King has been my contact, she’s been very supportive and always on hand to assist me. Adam Thorley, who I initially dealt with to place my house on the market, was excellent and portrayed my house perfectly. And Jo, who took all of my viewings, was brilliant as well in selling my house. Thank you guys, the whole process of selling my house has been made very simple for me. I was lucky though that my house sold in a week, that really did help everything run smoothly!
