Professional and friendly attitude. Regular updates throughout the post-sale period. A particularly long postsale period in this instance. Persistency in pushing for information from the buyer, their solicitor and mortgage lender. Politeness in calls and emails.

I can only endorse the 1* reviews. Their commercial surveyor has repeatedly failed to reply to emails, phone calls, voice messages, texts. We finally had to go elsewhere. No more Fenn Wright for us!

Wanted to view a property they have listed. The girl on the phone very unprofessional and telephone manner shocking.

Wanted to view the property to make sure it's suitable for my family needs. I'm integrated on the phone. I'm not going to do a 140 mile round trip to waste my time.

Won't be using this company. Wish I had seen the reviews prior to calling them. Would have saved my time.

Ipswich team the worst

After viewing a property / signing contract , ready to move in I’ve been phoned to be told the flat is gone and the reason is due to agents misunderstanding ( other agent rent the flat to someone else already ) . After the phone call ends I receive an email from them saying the tenancy application offer has been cancelled subject to contract and references …
On top of that I’ve already contacted them several times to refund the holding deposit with no answer ..
just stay away from this unprofessional “agents “ . Waste of time and headache

Lessons learnt. First buyer months in shifted quickly to an identical property in the block on a small technical issue, second buyer ghosted after offer, third buyer took near six months with no exchange and miraculously secured another property in two days.!!!! Progressing is extremely weak and ineffectual.

I have been dealing with Mel at Fennwright Maintenance in Stanway for the last few weeks on the above problem and now have had issue fully resolved. It wasn't easy for her, as it was a complex situation, but at all times Mel communicated with me to let me know what was going on. She is a credit to her company.
I would also like to mention Emily who was also very helpful, while Mel was on holiday.

Fenn Wright were great to deal with during the recent sale of our house. Very transparent and acted very quickly.

We mainly dealt with Shannon Lay and she was fantastic from start to finish. Incredibly bubbly and friendly she really took the stress out of what could be a very stressful period. There was good communication between us and the buyers and she was very knowledgeable with all of our many questions!

We would definitely use Fenn Wright again in the future
