Easy to lodge the claim
Easy to lodge the claim. Claim processed and paid in less than 24 hours. Would be a bonus for me if Fetch were in Gap Only, as my vet would then be able to process the claim.

Fetch Pet Health - Great Customer Service
Being a relatively new company I had some questions before we decided to sign up. Annie was very helpful with every question I had, it felt very much like a personal experience and you could tell they care very much about their customer satisfaction.
After hours of research I honestly haven't come across another company that provides such comprehensive coverage and their PDS is really simple yet easy to understand, which was perfect for me after reading through countless pages of PDS from their main competitors!
I'm tipping this company to do great things over the next few years and they will blow other pet insurance providers out of the water. I will provide an update should we need to make a claim in the future.

Great service
Signed up to Fetch as it offers great customer service and personalised care, beyond just pet insurance. I found it good value too. Happy to know my puppy will be well looked after. 🐶❤️

Better value & customer service
Really pleased with the switch to Fetch so far. Better value cover, and you can actually understand it. Customer support was super knowledgeable (and local) when I had a query via the app. And love that they sync up with my vet so admin is all sorted ahead of time. Recommended.

Personalized expertise from REAL pet lovers
The personalized experience with Fetch gives me a genuine sense of confidence that my boy Rudy will be well taken care of. Super easy to setup my policy through the Fetch app, plus easy to register Rudy’s vet history for waiting period waivers and fast claims. Charlotte was delightful to deal with through the live chat.
I haven’t used Pet Healthline yet, but I didn’t even have this option with my last pet insurer so big ups to Fetch for this feature! Fetch feels like it’s been been built by a bunch of folks that truly love pets and genuinely understand why and how important they are to us.
