That they give time engineer is calling and he arrives earlier than said so no one at home instead he went on and never answered WhatsApp when told I was at work and give number of the person at home

From start to finish the service was excellent

my problem is not resolved after 1 week my land line is still out
it happened after I renewed my contact forcanotherc18 months
so annoying

The engineers that fitted the fibre cable were done in about 1 -5 hrs . Not 100 % happy how the package was explained in tnt sports . But have been on the phone yo your hrlp team yo sort things out a bit .🤔

The very nice lady i spoke to on phone made my day better she was very nice polite by far this is the first time i have talked to anyone in the team that has made me feel so grate and if i’m right her name was hannah she done a brilliant job in helping me with what i needed help with

John was the Fella who sorted my Fibrus out for me. He was very friendly and had it all done in no time.

Niall from the technical team was very good, explained things more clearly.

The guys that came were really polite and respectful got it installed really quickly very impressed clean and tidy job and explained everything well

New company good intentions but mixed application and liasion with previous provider. Still waiting for land line to be reconnected hopefully in the next few days. The Full Fibre household speed appears to be excellent

New installation, planning with your engineer was easy, lovely chap to work with, explained everything beforehand, took time around the property to do tidy wiring, got us up and running very quickly

Call staff showed great patience, diligence and politeness when helping me resolve a technical issue with my account.

Installed yesterday. Opted for 500 mbps. Getting nowhere near that. Completely vadiable. Ranges from 30 approx to 110 mbps approx. Finally contacted support. Some improvement to approx 160 now. Further improvrment to come hopefully. Support lady very helpful.
