It's been a week since I changed my broadband over to fibrus and I wish I had of switched before now. The customer service people were very helpful and informative, the engineers were in and out in less than an hour, very tidy and no mess to clean up. The broadband is working well, there's been no hiccups and I'm saving money. Happy days 😀.

Modem update.
Check for any updates on better modem as I am getting a lot of buffering . I was told about an upgrade as older models of modems get poorer with time like us all so was offered a new one which I will get shortly. Fibrus has always been fair and good to deal with so I will be staying with them.

I can believe how fast my internet is now! I used to have utility warehouse for many years and the last week I changed my broadband to Fibrus. They gave us 2 routers, so we have internet even in the back of the garden where the signal didn't use to reach previously. The technician were fantastic too, 2 irish guys. Highly recommended! Thanks

I've been with Fibrus for nearly 4 years now and always found them good to deal with. While their pricing has got a little more expensive the no mid contract price rises and local call centre are a big plus

my query was dealt with efficiently and i am very happy with the level of service. It was a pleasure speaking with Lauren (I think her name is). i was dreading making the call but it could not have been more pleasant.
