Recently switched from BT to Fibrus and couldn’t be happier! The internet speeds are excellent, the price is much cheaper, and the customer service has been outstanding.
When I needed a Wi-Fi extender, the friendly support team arranged delivery quickly. Josh was brilliant, patiently talking me through the setup step by step.
The staff have been friendly, professional and helpful from the start. I’m extremely impressed with both the service and value for money.
Would highly recommend Fibrus!

Great service and the engineers came on time and took just over a hour to get everything up-and running. They were friendly, polite and cleaned up afterwards.
I ordered on a Sunday and installed on the following Wednesday.

Installed much sooner than I thought it…
Installed much sooner than I thought it would be and the 2 engineers were quick, efficient and very respectful of my property. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Fibrus.
I haven't tested the speeds yet but will update my comments soon.

our issue on our landline has not been resolved after numerous phone calls an engineer visit and a a call from a tech guy the situation is totally sureel and we are seriously thinking of cancelling our land line with you!!
