We did find a record in our system that matches the name you have displayed here, but we don't want to assume that it is you because anyone can impersonate anyone online.

Therefore we are asking all reviewers to verify their identity by providing an email or order number associated with the order, so we can verify your identity you and provide a solution.

I'm so sorry to hear that your cat put a claw on your leggings. We think your cat couldn't resist the vibrant print, so naturally, it fell in love with the leggings and had to do what it did.

This is a very unfortunate situation that is beyond our control. However, we are here to HELP, so let's do this, your cat can keep the snagged leggings if it decides so.

And for you, fellow human, we will make an exception to our policy and ship you a FREE replacement. This way, hopefully, both parties will be happy. :)

Someone from the friendly customer service will reach out to the email we have on file under the same name that matches the name here (hopefully that's you because as of now the review has not been verified by Trustpilot).

We understand that you have compared us to some well-known brands in the industry, which we find flattering. However, it's important to note that while these brands have made significant contributions to the fashion industry, they operate on a much larger scale and different business models compared to us.

FIERCEPULSE is a small family-owned business and we pride ourselves on providing a more personal touch to our service. Each one of our products is printed on demand and handmade, each print is hand-drawn by our in-hose designers, features that we believe sets us apart in the market. We deeply care about our customers and strive to provide top-tier service to each one.

White we are still waiting for you to verify your identity and order details here, based on the first name we were able to match one recent order, and we assume you have ordered the BLACK & GOLD YOGA LEGGINGS - which btw is one of our best sellers, great choice!

We also saw (assume that's you) that you have reached out to our customer service, we are glad you love the fit - please note we respond within 24 hours or less, and someone will respond today. I have escalated your case to make sure it gets prioritized.

I also noticed the screenshot you have taken is from the "Leggings" product page, but you have actually ordered the "Yoga Leggings" from the same print. Please note the stitching on these two different garment is different.

One thing is for sure the stitching on both is BLACK, but different.

The stitching should have been BLACK 100% agree - it's very likely an honest mistake from our end which we are more than happy to fix it by sending you a FREE replacement.

As stated in our return policy you do not need to return the item you've received if it's damaged and/or not as described on the product page. This could have simply been resolved by now by submitting a return inquire for a "damaged' item because it's 100% covered by our policy.

When stretched, the white base might slightly show through the pattern, which is a normal characteristic of our printing process and doesn't indicate thin or low-quality material.
