Package was crushed on arrival. The filter seemed okay but was slightly bent.

These filters are of great quality, and a money saver; I’ve been using them for years. Also, I don’t have to go to the hardware store to get the filters, and coming out of the store with more than what I intended to buy.

So convenient. Beats the heck out of setting a reminder, remembering what size filter it is and then driving 15 minutes to Lowe’s to get one

Filters are nice quality and I like that they are sent to me every 3 months.

I love the ease and convenience of this service, but periodically they filters arrive broken, and that is a little bit frustrating.

I never forget to change my filter and they are good quality material. I have alot of allergies and this filter does the job with 4 cats and 1 dog I haven't had a problem.

I love these filters, they are sturdy but bendable and easy to install and having them delivered on subscription I don’t have to worry about forgetting to get one at store . They are far superior than those in stores and a great price.

It makes replacing the filter easy and I never have to worry if I’m due to replace it.

The only thing I don't like is that I'm not notified before the subscription order is purchased each month to see if I need to skip that month. I have four too many boxes of filters so I canceled my subscription for now. But I will sign back up when I need more filters.
