30-1-24 since writing the review below, Spreadex have been in contact to understand and resolve the issue. They have taken note of mis information from their side, and obviously company image is important to them, or they wouldn't have bothered. Hence I have changed the rating from 1* to 5*. They are still a great company, and one instance doesn't erase this.

16-1-24The payment system has gone down as confirmed by Spreadex from their end. The service desk can't take payment over the phone, nor can I make payment online. So the response is that if the account goes overdrawn, "we'll review on a case by case basis". That's not the answer Spreadex...simple answer is that you will put me back to where I was when I called you to make a payment. Are you expecting me to stay up all night waiting for an email from you to confirm the system is up and running? Can't believe that there is no manual system in place...biggest hole in your process.
BTW - I had previously give you a 5* rating, but with no manual system, and a lame response, you don't deserve much more than 1*.

I have been trading on Spreadex for a number of years and have always found the platform easy to use but most important to me is access to the support team and for that Spreadex is far ahead of many other platforms. I have always been able to speak to someone in the trading team or back office and always had my questions answered or resolved quickly.

Matt Allen is in the trading team and he has been exceptional lately as i have had some complicated trading scenarios which he has been receptive to and supported me through them and they have taken multiple calls to reach my happy place.

I would highly recommend Spreadex and the team!

I think the app is great. Used other companies and was not impressed. Though I never used their apps only the older way of logging in. Spread ex has given me no problems at all. You would think all decent companies should have a similar standard, but it is not so.I can’t say for now because I used those companies years ago.

I have been trading with Spreadex for over 10years now. The overriding difference between Spreadex and the rest is the personal relationships they have with clients. Never have I felt like I’m trading against Spreadex. They are first class.

Simple to use site

Spreadex has a great range of markets and one of the simplest trading platforms to use. I always go there first as those two issues are what a platform should be about.

Comprehensive market coverage, with attractive spreads. Have been a client for many years and never had an issue. Customer service is personal and competent - I can pick up the phone and speak to an advisor anytime. I also find the platform is clear and easy to navigate. 5 Stars!

Personally I find Spreadex a great site for trading, especially someone like myself who is very new to it all. I would recommend anyone trying trading for the first time to trade the minimum stake as swings in the market can be very volatile. I personally trade the currency market and I am still getting to grips with the highs & lows as it can change very quickly.
Spreadex offers guidance within the trading industry so any newcomers should do research before entering a trade.
All in all, whether it's financial trading or spread betting on sporting events, spreadex is a company that can be trusted.
