I have been using Spreadex for 20 years as a tax free way to gain more exposure to investments in companies I like. I hold long term and am not a short term trader.

All works well, charts, online trading, with very good trading desks so that you can do larger trades inside the quote on the screen by working your order in the market, staff always very friendly and helpful.

Always works and always has the companies I want to trade which are mainly small caps. Customer service is fast and second to none! I went with other companies before but Spreadex is by far the best for service which is important to me. A happy customer !

I recently applied for an account with Spreadex but my application was rejected. When I contacted them through chat they told me they couldn't tell me why I was rejected and that I would have to wait 6 months to reapply. I found this extremely frustrating and was disappointed with the lack of customer service. I understand that they need to adhere to certain regulations, but I feel like there could have been more clarity and communication about the rejection.

I wouldn't recommend Spreadex currently. The lack of customer service and communication was disappointing. 2/5 stars.

Been with Spreadex more than ten years, great range of markets, particularly among UK smaller caps. Pay up quickly when a short goes to 'zero' too, much better experience than I have had with CMC for example.

Nice straightforward software with a very good range of assets to trade. The spreads have been competitive and when I've needed to contact support I have received a fast response. Very helpful in general.
