The most expensive broker I came across…
The most expensive broker I came across be aware if you want to make money in financial markets run as far as possible from SPREDEX their spreads are crazy at times it can be as much as 2 to 3 dollars they have nothing to do with underlying market price . Also they will charge for withdraw even if its UK bank they will make some excuses and eventually they will charge for withdraw . I dont know how FCA even allow them to do such daylight robbery if you dont trust me try it and you will know for yourself .

We are sorry to hear that you had a negative experience. Looking at your account and review, it appears your dissatisfaction stems from two areas.
Firstly, the total spread widening in illiquid US stocks. The total spread is made up of two things: the market spread and the Spreadex spread. The Spreadex spread on shares does not change intraday but the market spread does. Unfortunately, Spreadex has no bearing on this market spread. When the market spread widens in illiquid markets like this, our competitors will experience wide spreads too.
Secondly, we do not charge for standard withdrawals to UK banks. International banks do incur a small additional charge, as stated on our website, and this is why you were charged.

good platform,HELPFULL DEALER STAFF. AIM AND SMALL CAPS COVERED, overall very good, my only beef is that i feel when trading UK100 AND EURO GBP.THE PRICE IS ,,,HELD. SO MANY TIMES I HAVE GOT OUT AT A SMALL PROFIT ONLY TO SEE THE PRICETHEN START TO MOVE........AND THE GBP/EURO VARABLE PRICE IS JUST STUPID.BUT FOR NORMAL TRADING EVERTHING IS FINE.
