I am absolutely delighted with Simon’s expertise. We have discussed practical tips and techniques to refine coping strategies to deal with my anxiety and panic attacks. He’s easy to talk to and is so encouraging. I would not hesitate to highly recommend him to anyone challenged by anxiety and panic.

A good decision
I emailed an enquiry and got a response from the therapist almost instantly. We had a chat on the phone which surprisingly gave me a boost.I have my first appointment soon and feel I've made the right decision.
