DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Paid £8.50 next day guaranteed delivery and received goods a week later! Several emails from me asking if they will refund any postage were just ignored. Keys are not good quality, feel like they could break in the lock if you’re not very careful.
And here is there reply: -

Firstly, I sincerely apologise for the delay in your delivery. Our system indicated that the items were in stock, but unfortunately, when our team went to fulfil the order, they were unable to locate them in the warehouse. This led to the unforeseen delay, and I understand how frustrating this must have been, especially given that you paid for next-day delivery.
We always strive to provide accurate information and efficient service, and it’s clear that we fell short in this instance. I’m sorry for the inconvenience this has caused and the frustration it has led to.
While we're unable to issue a refund for the postage, please know that your feedback is being taken seriously. We're reviewing our processes to ensure that similar issues do not happen in the future.
I was also not made aware of any contact you made to use regarding this, so I apologise for not getting back to you as well.
If there’s anything else we can do to assist you or if you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
