Great price, super fast shipping, received my insert 5 days after I ordered and it's in good shape and exactly what I ordered. If you are looking for a bar height fire table, look no gurther
I had been searching for a bar height fire table for months. There were a few cheaper models on other sites, but they were all out of stock or were discontinued all together. Apparently, this is a niche item. I finally made the decision to spend the extra money and purchase the Elementi Rova on Fire Pit Surplus. Best decision I've made. Worth every penny. It is made from GFRC (glass fiber reinforced concrete) and made to look like real wood. It ships (for free!) completely assembled in 2 boxes. The base and the table top. It was packaged and palletized great. Super easy to set up. Screw 4 bolts into the table top, connect to the base and bolt from the bottom. You will need 2 people. It is heavy. Hook up the LP tank, put the battery (included) into the ignitor and you are ready to go. It comes with lava rocks. You can use colored glass rock if you like. The cover only goes over the table top, it does not cover the whole unit. I recommend the combo purchase with the stainless steel burner cover and the wind guard. The Customer service team at Fire Pit Surplus are amazing. I would give 10 stars if I could. Thanks Jess, your awesome!

Our fire pit is beautiful & very heavy duty. The fire pit was initially suppose to take about 2 weeks, it took approximately 4.5 to 5 weeks to arrive. Customer Sevice was quick to respond for the most part.
This part of my review has more to do with the delivery company than Fire Pit Surplus but I feel the delivery service they work with are a reflection on them. Once shipped we received an email that we would be contacted for a delivery date & time and would need to be home to sign for the delivery. We were NOT contacted for delivery. We arrived home and the crated fire pit was sitting at the end of our driveway INCHES off the street where anyone could have loaded it up before we arrived home. The paperwork on the crate specifically stated DO NOT deliver without signature ...well there was no one home to sign for it!!! Thank goodness it all worked out for our delivery but the next person may not be that lucky.

Nancy, you are right that the delivery service reflects on us regardless of who is handling the final mile. Leaving a crated fire pit at the end of the driveway without a signature, when the paperwork explicitly says otherwise, is not acceptable. It worked out this time, but the next customer may not be as lucky and we are flagging this to the carrier directly. We also hear you on the timeline. Four and a half weeks versus two is a real gap and we appreciate your patience through it. The fire pit clearly delivered on quality, and we are grateful you took the time to lay this out in detail.

Love this fire pit
Love this fire pit! It was easy to set up and looks great! It’s become the perfect centerpiece for relaxing evenings on my patio and gatherings with family and friends. It’s very heavy so it may be worth investing in their white glove delivery service. I had to bribe the delivery guy to get him to bring it to my patio. That said, great quality and well worth the purchase!

Cam, hearing that your fire pit has become the centerpiece for patio evenings and family gatherings is exactly why we do what we do. That is the whole point of what we sell.
I do want to address the delivery situation though. Nobody should have to negotiate with a driver just to get their outdoor fire pit moved to the right spot on their property. Our white glove delivery service exists specifically to handle heavy units like this one properly, and I would encourage anyone ordering a larger piece to consider it. If you ever need anything for your setup going forward, please do not hesitate to reach out.
