FireStar's products are top notch, & George (Customer Service) is the absolute best.
I had accidentally entered the incorrect town on the address of my order. So my order was shipped from the UK, to the US, and returned back to the UK. after reaching out to customer service, I got a quick and helpful response from George. He proceeded to check in with me daily in response to my questions on how to resolve my mishap. When my order arrived back in the UK, it wasn't even 2 hours before George had emailed me saying that he already had it back in the mail again shipped to the corrected address.

George went above and beyond in finding solutions, answering questions, and making sure I got my order. I've been a fan of this company's work for many years now, and George is a standout in their customer service team. I can't say enough good things about my experience.

I recently recieved my "Blazing Blondie" minifigure, and it's awesome. The design and print quality is amazing. I like how FireStarToys's design style stays close to LEGO'S. I really hope they make more "Crisis Controllers", because I love Dispatch and would definitely buy the whole team.

George is an absolute hero in the making!! I wanted something changed with my order and he was able to put it on hold, get it changed and promptly out for delivery, can’t recommend them enough!!

I've got a near 30 year tism'/ocd for Lego.
Marvel, alongside many other IP's are where my collection is focused and for the longest time since the Marvel Lego Superhero's game and before with comics, I've needed that Silver Surfer in my roster.

Out of the pack, it feels exactly like Lego but more than that, it feels like I've just added another
holy grail-like figure to my collection.
Alongside the Dr Doom and Deadpool, this has instantly become one of if not my favourite fig.

If you are a Lego nut like I am, these guys will provide that service you're looking for (At least where the Silver Surfer is concerned).

The products are great. However I still have 0 answer about my last order. There was a mistake. I sent 2 e-mail, Try to contact the company on instagram and on the website on the chat. 0 answer in nearly 3 weeks. Quite deappointed.

I've decided to leave a final review for Firestar Toys because I'm extremely disappointed once again with the shipping time of an order. I find it unacceptable that you force customers to pay nearly £40 for express shipping after a certain number of items when the shipping time is so disastrous. Not to mention my previous order on your site where DHL didn't even bother to deliver to my home, even though I was home. That may have been beyond your control, but when you add the disastrous delivery to your shipping time, it clearly discourages me from buying from you. Again, the products are of good quality, there's no problem there, but waiting this long is unacceptable. I understand that you have a lot of orders to process and that it takes time, but in that case, you don't charge customers for express delivery; that's unacceptable. I hope that my latest order will be processed soon and that I will receive it correctly, but I think this will be my last order with you; your way of operating is not very customer-friendly.
