If I could give negative stars I would. Made an order in March 2020 after seeing a Facebook ad. Looked too good to be true but I saw how many people liked the page on FB so figured I'd take the chance. Never received the order, sent countless emails to customer service with no reply. It is now Novermber 2020 and only after messaging a phone number (772 214-6199) I received from a Facebook group titled Fishing Care package is a Scam I got my refund. I was told they could send the product but if they could why didn't they months ago? I decided to demand a refund and just be done with it. Scam company DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered 4 rods and 4 reels from them and got nothing after 6 weeks. At first I gave them the benefit of the doubt due to covid. Repeated emails yielded no response so I submitted a claim with PayPal and recieved a refund. Stupid me though decided to give them a second chance. This time I ordered 4 reels from them and paid for expedited 2 day shipping. You can already guess, no item after 3 weeks and I just submitted another claim through PayPal. When is PayPal and FB going to suspend these accounts?

Total Ripoff. Please Dont Order From This Company they Will get your Money And Ship You Nothing. no way To Rench them ,they wont answer e- mails & no Phone no. B.B.B, should be notified to Stop These Crooks. a total scam,95% bad reviews p.s.--- They Got My $97.00.

I ordered two separate reel/ rod and reel combos. They answered a month later saying my orders would be fulfilled. Next time they said they would refund. Now I can’t even find my orders. A total scam. This was placed in August. It is now the end of October.

I ordered a pond fishing package and a rod/reel combo. I received the pond fishing package, not a terrible deal but it was made up of pretty cheap baits and the rod and reel has never shipped. The order is marked as delivered. I have emailed their customer support several times with no response. This site is a scam. Don’t waste your money. Go somewhere else.

Should have known this was a scam when they didn’t collect sales tax...Glad I only spent $19

ordered off my phone in a buy one send two sale if ordering in the time limit that I did.made three orders totaling 117.00.week later received one reel.this was around September 6,2020.now no more packages.e-mail will not go thru.no phone number to call.like they dont exist.pissed.out 98.00 right now.

Ordered 2 rod and reel combos on 5/8/20 and still have not received them. I have tried contacting them at least 2 dozen times through email since there is no phone number listed on their site. Filed a complaint with BBB.

Ordered a reel and paid immediately and have yet to receive it and it's been a month.
Also ordered 2 other life packages and only received 1.
Emailed them and nothing!

ON 9-4-2020, I ORDERED TWO LEWS REEL. MY ACCOUNT WAS CHARGED 98.00 SAME DAY. I KNOW THIS IS A FAIRLY NEW ORDER. BUT I HAVE HEARD NOTHING FROM THEM. NO REPLY TO EMAIL. PHONE CALLS. TRY TO CALL OWNER, PHONE DISCONNECTED. I AM GOING TO FILE A COMPLINT WITH THE BBB, AND THE FL STATE A.D. AND I AM GOING TO FILE A CRIMINAL COMPLAIN AGAINT MR. BAILEY DAMBERG, FOR DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES, AND THEFT OF SEVICES. IN THE FL. COURT. AS A RETIRED PERSON, MY MONEY IS NOT TO BE TAKEN AND THE GOODS NOT DELIVERED. I WILL DO EVERY THING POSIBLE TO GET A REFUND, OR MY ORDER.

Total SCAM. Charged me and never received anything. Had to dispute the charge. DO NOT BUY FROM.

So I placed my order like thousands of other ppl and yet to have receive even a conformation email or order number.. filed with the bbb and also with Florida’s attorney’s generals office

Ordered a rod and reel. Back in March. They charged my credit card but I never received them. Tried contacting them several times with no response. Reported them.

This place is a rip off and won't respond to your emails don't buy anything unless you would like to throw your money in the trash.

I order 2 reels on 04/12/20 haven’t received them. Tried to call and email with no response. I reported to FL BBB and to the Florida Attorney General's Office. Waiting on response for both.

Same here. THIEVES. Ordered four Revos 8 months ago. Nothing, no reponses from lots of attempts. PLEASE contact FL BBB or FL attornys general office if same happened to you. At the least maybe they can somehow shut them down and keep other people from getting ROBBED!

Ordered a package and a reel received the care package in days never recieved my revo!!! Horrible and still want my money back!

for me this page is reliable and i advise to deal with support and develop it by offering your opinions.
