Absolutely horrible company. I ordered 2 bait casters, and 2 casting combos. I got order conformation for both and only received 1 reel. Sent multiple emails and no response. This was months ago. I'm out $200+🤦🏾‍♂️

I have two pending orders with your company. Both orders were made on the same day. These orders are from the beginning of April and today is July 9th.
One order was for 4 reels. I received only one reel in the mail as opposed to the four I ordered and was charged for.
The second order was for 6 Lews Mach 2, 7ft rods. I have not received any of these rods.
These orders totaled in excess of $300.

I’ve tried for months to contact this company via phone , Messenger and email, but to no avail. I tried posting on their FB and Instagram pages, but they blocked me.
This is theft. Plain and simple. I'd love to pursue any legal action I can against this company but have no clue where to even begin.

Wish I could give them zero stars. Ordered three reels in March. They charged me for three and sent order confirmation. They eventually said they had shipped three but only shipped two. Sent them four emails asking for status of the third reel. Four months later, no reply to any of them. Will never use them again.

I ordered two reels over two weeks ago, I have been charged for them but have not received them, more troubling I haven't even received an order confirmation email. All attempts to contact company have been ignored. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!

I ordered 2 reels on Jan 24th and its July with no reels no response to emails i am out over 100 bucks do not buy from these jerks!

P*&^ poor experience; ordered a rod and a reel (BOGO). I received the rod, poor packaging caused it to break at the end. Haven't seen the reel. Sent multiple emails and received no response. I'm out $40, don't be like me.

I ordered the Skeet Reese (2) rod and reel combo. I received a pack of plastic worms. This place is a SCAM! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!

I'd love to give this company negative stars. I ordered $85 worth of reels that I knew were on a 2-week backorder, and $100 rod/reel combo pack. The rod/reel combo was to be shipped 72 hours after the order was placed. I waited 72 hours and no update on shipping. I thought okay, they may just ship the rod/reel combo out with the 4 reels I purchased on backorder. I'm not in a rush, I can wait. 2 weeks go by, I contacted the company on multiple occasions, never heard back from them. Waited another week or so and disputed the purchase with my credit card company because I was finally fed up. In the meantime, I filed a report with the Better Business Bureau who attempts to reach out to the company with my complaint. No response. My credit card company took a couple weeks to investigate and reach out to the company. Also with no response. All in all, it took over a month to get my money back. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. Don't spend your hard earned money for anything from them, they will absolutely rip you off.

This company is a rip-off don’t trust them.
I ordered some soft plastics for a few buck and at the same time I fell for the buy the revo X reels for 40 bucks. They sent me the plastics then sent a few weeks later after complaining that I have not received the reels they sent me a tracking number that was created but never scanned in to the post office. I have been emailing them for months now with no response...

Please do not waste your money buying to this company. I placed an order on April 18 of four items. Until today Jun 17 y only received two of them the shipiest. I sent a lot of emails and they does not respond to me. Also I text them and does not received any response yet. After reviewed all the comment y guess that is lost my money. This kind of companies should be removed from the market. PLEASE DOES NOt BUY NOTHING THERE.

Oh wow...glad I'm not the only one but yeah still a fool here for not doing a little research about them first before ordering. Order was placed on 1/30/20 and got confirmation with order# everything. Emailed them multiple times 2 and 3 months later but all went into the abyss. Filed a dispute with the credit card. They did respond to my cc but cc had the nerve to rule in favor of the merchant...I mean SERIOUSLY??? The merchant's response was attached to the letter my cc sent me. It doesn't state any reason why they would win the dispute, just a bunch of info about the dispute. I called my cc and signed the letter to continue the dispute. Cc rep told me many ppl have filed disputes against this merchant as well so they said they'll contact the merchant's bank to do something about it. If my cc can't do crap about this kind of dispute then they're useless to me and would considered cancelling them as well.

Everyone, go file a dispute with your bank/credit card if not already...

I ordered a reel 4-29-2020. Still no reel when I contacted them and gave them my order number they said it doesn’t math any order but yet they took my money. They are a RIP-OFF

This company is a scam to the highest degree. I ordered a baitcasting reel and a three pack of rods a month ago and SOME of the order arrived. The reel is nowhere to be found and they haven't responded to my emails. One rod is broken in half, one has a busted eye, and the other is actually fine. I am really upset and disappointed with these people. I recommend that no one ever uses this company. They deserve to go bankrupt and be fined.

Scam!!! I got played for $106. I order 4 fishing poles buy one get one and received 2 packages of plastic worms. SCAM!

This company is a SCAM. Do NOT order from them. They immediately charged our card for our order on April 18, 2020. We have sent numerous emails with no responses. $224.80 down the drain. I wish we had researched the company before placing the order.

I ordered on baitcasting combo for $49.00 and was supposed to get one for free. And two spools of braided line. I only got two reels. No way to contact them. They never return emails

This company is a joke I bought a reel and two rod reel combos from them and it was 2 months and they hadn't been shipped yet I tried contacting them on 8 different occasions and they only responded once finally I got fed up with their crap and asked for a refund I had to go though my card company because they wouldn’t return my emails or texts I was lucky and got my money back after filing a claim
