This company sucks I ordered a rod and reel combo 4 months ago and it has not come in, tried emailing them no response DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY this pisses me off waist of money and waste of time this company sucks

Why isn't there a way to give negative stars on here? Because this so-called "company" deserves negative stars! Like everyone else here has said, I placed my order for an Abu Garcia reel on April 9, & as of June 7 I have not received it. Not only have I not received it, but I haven't heard a single peep out of them in response to my MANY requests for answers. They won't respond to emails or texts, even though their website promises they will. I cannot believe they are allowed to still have a website & list items for sale! Why haven't they been shut down yet? DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! We have started a claim with our bank to cancel our transaction & get our money back.

I waited over 3 weeks for an email but I never got one. So then I messaged them on Instagram they said they would ship my order, but when I got my order only a quarter of my order came. So then I messaged them again saying I only got part of my order, and they said they would ship out the rest and I have not got the rest of my order. I tried to message them again and they wouldn’t respond.

My card was billed on 4/13/2020, just shortly after I sent my order. Waited a month, sent them an email-nothing!!!! Today is 6/4/2020. Calling my bank and BBB today. Why I didn't research this company I don't know, now that I have they have had over 1,000 complaints in a 3 year period, says it all. Can't blame the virus for this!

Not even worth 1 Star. This company is a fraud. Ordered 2 Revo-S reels May 6th and received nothing. Numerous emails and texts sent with no reply. Now in the process of contacting CC company to recoup my loss. Who does business like this and gets away with it!!!!!! Scammers, stay away. The reason the prices look to good to be true, they don’t deliver and hope you won’t go the distance to get your money back!
Updated 6/17/20 - I was able to file a dispute with Amex and received a credit with the disputed closed immediately after submitting online.

Ordered reel on April 2nd . can't get an email from them I've sent several emails to them they took my money the day I ordered it this has to be the worst company on line.

I got scammed by this company back in March as well. They sent me fishing poles but no reels. Contacted them about the reels and they said they would ship them out by Monday. A month later no reels.
I did do some research in Stuart, Florida about this company and Bailey Scott Damberg who's the owner. I found the court case and its easy to find online. He was taken to court back in February of 2020 by Viviana Escobar, Assistant Attorney General /Consumer Protection Division. He was ordered to pay $15000 in refunds to customers.
I'm contacting Viviana soon and You should do the same.

I filed a complaint with the above Attorney General and the BBB. Its very easy to do online and they both answered back. We need to build a case so they can shut this company down and return our money. Everyone needs to file to these places!

Don't waste your time or hard earned money. Place is a ripoff! I received half of items ordered and haven't heard anything from the thieves. I tried to contact them, but never any kind of response. They either owe me a Quantim Spinning Reel or 80.00 dollars

FishingCarePackage.com is a SCAM Company! I ordered 2 Abu Garcia Revo S fishing reels on May 1 2020 and as of May 28th have not received them. I emailed customer service who emailed me back they will be shipping my order within 24 to 72 hours. The shipping label was created and my order was updated with the tracking numbers. 10 days later the tracking status is still Shipping Label Created USPS Awaiting Item. This company is a scam. Thank goodness credit card companies back their customers when they are ripped off by scam artists like these.

I've had the same problem as everyone else, I guess. I ordered a couple reels, they confirmed my order but never received the product. I tried to contact them a couple times but no response definitely a scam!!!!

same issue as everyone else it seems . ordered a reel over a month ago with only a tracking number sent to me after I complained to them in an email but the reel still hasent shipped.i figured it was a scam, prices to good to b true

Ordered 2 Abu Garcia rod and reel combos for $99 and never received them. They originally responded to my first email about an expected delivery time.(they claimed it was ready to ship out to me) after 3 more weeks and no responses to other emails I disputed the charges with my credit card company. I’m sure the owner or owners of this company will eventually be sitting in prison for fraud. Scam!!!! Do not use them!!!!!

Ordered from Fishing Care Package on March 28th, 2020, been 2 months they have taken the money out of our account but haven’t shipped my order and do not answer emails, when calling their number it says you have been scammed and don’t expect to receive anything

I would have gave 0 stars if I could. I put in a $60 order a month ago for my son. I tried to email them and text them (which is weird?? a company giving a text number.... not a phone number to talk to a customer service associate) numerous times and I get no response. Save your money... this place is a joke!

I ordered 2 Abu baitcaster reels, 2 Quantum baitcasting rods, and 2 Fisherman's dream boxes. They only sent me one box of baits and a supposed free package of worms. Spent over $100 dollars and they will not respond to my emails, texts or messages on fb. I'm disabled and had to save up to get this.

Wish I could give it negative stars, worthless. This company is a scam! DO NOT BUY! BEWARE!
