Honestly I am completely outraged by this industry. I spend close to 2k on new rims and tires. Their mode is that they would get a perfect fit for my car. Well that’s completely wrong. I installed my shipment and within two days started swing problems. I reached out immediately and customer service basically told me that it was all my fault. That they did everything right. However, how could it have been my issue? No way, so I kept trying to file a claim to get this issue resolved even though customer service told me that it would be a waiste of time. Even though I spend almost a month trying to file my claim. I wanted to go one for both rims and tires, but the worker only allowed me to do it for the tires. After almost a month I was able to file a claim and guess what, they approved my claim and shipped me new tires. However same thing happened like with the first ones. Because the rims are also the issues. But they never let me submit a claim. Now I have 2k less on pocket, no rims, no tires, and still need to buy new ones again.

They kept offering me 20% off to buy a new set. But for what? For me to give them my business one again for more faulty equipment??? I rather just return it all get my initial 2k and my time.

This company is a complete pain and they do not back up their products. I wouldn’t recommend anyone buying from here.

I would highly recommend fitment to anyone looking for quality parts and excellent service. My experience with fitment was great the site and ease of access to ordering was great. Highly recommend!

The salesman answered all my questions made sure the wheels fit mounted and balanced them perfectly shipping was smooth and stressless. They came packaged beautifully not a scratch on them in a timely manner. I’m very happy and I couldn’t find a better deal anywhere looking for the best deal is my thing.

They have a good selection of wheels and tires, the delivery was made faster than they expected, the packaging was all good and nothing arrived damaged. 10/10 experience all around.

Order a lower brace for my 2000 Impreza and was very happy with the product and how quickly they processed my order. They followed up with an email and provided tracking almost immediately. Will buy again from them and recommend their business.

I normally only leave a review if I had a really bad or really good this was really really good. Im completely new to rims and fitment stuff like that i got a 2010 chevrolet camaro ss recently my dream car but the tires was horrible and one rim had a bad wobble to it anyways finally said forget it its my dream forever car that ill never sell so instead of buying 1 stock rim I work hard im going all out so fitment was what came up for newcomers like me found some xxr's and a nice set of toyos and they was there the whole way helping me also since im down to one car the way things was going I thought I was going to have to cancel the order and just go to a shop so i could get them quicker since im getting spacers and stuff put on anyways. because it took some time for my order to ship not bad I had just ordered the day before a holiday and that made things slower not there fault but I had got a personal phone call from someone there I really wish I could remember there name but they call heard I was down to one car and since I did want the tires and rims he expedited my order at absolutely no cost to me that was Monday today is Thursday and I just got them off the FedEx truck they will have a customer for my next purchase that being suspension getting me coilovers soon so think you again you made a newcomer to the world of rims an tires. VERY HAPPY

I had bought some 18” XXR 559’s & they made it really simple to purchase. The interface was easy to navigate & all the different sizes & colors were right there. Since I was going up 2” on my rims I had to buy tires & Fitment Industries gave me a good deal on the tires while also balancing them for free. They also came in a day earlier than expected which was nice. I would recommend buying from them.

Beware of what appear to be fake or misleading reviews on Trustpilot. My experience with this company was absolutely unacceptable.

I placed an order through their website, and despite the item being advertised as shipping within two days, it took them nearly THREE WEEKS to ship it.

This is not simply poor customer service. There is an actual federal consumer-protection regulation addressing this exact situation: the Federal Trade Commission’s Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, 16 C.F.R. Part 435.

Under 16 C.F.R. § 435.2(a)(1)(i), a seller advertising a specific shipping timeframe must have a reasonable basis for expecting that it can actually ship the merchandise within that stated timeframe.

More importantly, under 16 C.F.R. § 435.2(b)(1), if the seller cannot ship within the advertised timeframe, it is required to notify the customer of the delay and clearly offer the customer the choice of either consenting to the delayed shipment OR cancelling the order and receiving a prompt refund. That notification must be provided no later than the originally promised shipping time.

The FTC’s own published compliance guidance even gives the example of a company advertising shipment within 48 hours. According to the FTC, if the company cannot meet that timeframe, the required delay notification must also be provided within those 48 hours.

I was not given that required opportunity within their advertised two-day shipping period. Instead, the order remained unshipped for weeks.

The Rule also states in 16 C.F.R. § 435.2(c)(5) that when a seller fails to provide the required delay/cancellation option and also fails to ship within the applicable promised timeframe, the seller must deem the order cancelled and provide a prompt refund.

I ultimately chose to cancel the order because they had already taken substantially longer than promised to ship the merchandise. I clearly cancelled the order in writing and sent THREE separate cancellation emails.

After one full day of receiving my three cancellation emails, they still proceeded to ship the product that I had clearly cancelled.

I returned the item in good faith because Tara, their customer service representative, told me by email that I would receive my refund. After all of that, they still had the audacity to deduct a restocking fee AND shipping costs from my refund—for an order that I had already cancelled before they chose to ship it.

The entire situation took nearly THREE MONTHS to resolve and involved roughly 40–50 emails back and forth. This was an unbelievable waste of time over a problem that should have been resolved when the order was cancelled.

Save yourself the headache and do not do business with this company. I strongly recommend researching other customers’ experiences as well, including the numerous complaints and discussions on Reddit concerning their business practices.

Anyone who wants to independently verify the federal regulation I am referring to can look up FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule — 16 C.F.R. Part 435, particularly § 435.2.

I have the emails, cancellation requests, shipment timing, order records, and customer-service correspondence documenting what occurred.

I placed an order with Fitment as they are in my backyard. Had read many positive reviews. My order started out as 4 wheels, Tony texted me & asked if I would like a set package, so we agreed on that. 2 wheels showed up with no tires. Contacted Tony & he was going to then ship 2 loose tires along with mounted rears & knocked a few $$ off to have mounted. Then I receive a pallet of 4 wheels, all mounted, with the incorrect tires for the front. Now I have to sign a promissory note & package the incorrect items along with the original wheels that were sent! Meanwhile they have had my money & I have no value. They are prompt in responding, although seem to be BOTS. The lady in customer service was very nice tho & got me in the right direction. By the reviews hopefully this is a one off. I think had Tony ever called would have been worked out quickly.

Website is very convenient, shows you what fits your car stock vs aftermarket. I was afraid to order because of the size of the delivery however after voicing my concern they shipped my order via FedEx and it arrived 2 days early and delivery went off without any problems. They made sure I had everything I needed for installation. Very good experience I will be using them again in the future now that I know what to expect. They take the long wait out of going to a local shop and dealing with their local inventory.

Sold me the wrong size and offset wheels for my car and then would not take them back because they said there were marks showing I mounted tires when I did not. Horrible company.

Truthfully, I haven't heard of Fitment Industries prior to making a purchase. My sister-in-law had limited mobility with her car as she did not have a viable spare. After doing research on the proper full size wheel to fit her Buick LeSabre, which previously utilized a temporary "donut" type spare, I found the Fitment Industries website. I was bale to match up a wheel, ordered it for her and had it shipped directly to her. The delivery was made in a couple of days and many days ahead of the estimated delivery date. I also, sent her the instructions as per the website to check fitment before mounting a good used tire. The wheel was an exact fit and she now has a full sized spare which will give her peace of mind when traveling long distances and also, better safety if she were to have a flat and use the spare. I don't know how many times I have seen people driving on temporary spares at full highway speeds and continuous use until they could get their tires fixed. I have seen a lot on the highways, and understand that they may be financially strapped, but it is not safe practice and risks not only themselves but other motorists as well. Thankfully, there are websites available to go through and make a purchase that works right the first time!

I purchased a set of rims through a salesman named Dylan. he "guided" me through the process of fitting new rims on my ride. He assured me that they would fit on my good ol 235/40/18 with no rubbing because I'm running stock suspension. well, the rims came in so I went to my local shop who has been in business for at least 30 years and my tires are rubbing against my rear quarter panels which chipped the paint right off. I sent an email and the "Lead" got back to me with a huge slap in the face by offering me 100 dollars to my debit card or 150 dollars store credit. lol on nearly 1000 dollar rims plus labor and now it's tearing up my quarter panels? lol. NO..100 dollars is NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!! I recorded audio and I also have text/email documents. fitment industries doesn't care about their customers. they just want to get paid. please take my advice and steer clear. I am going to fight this case and get a new set of rims elsewhere if I win. Ps....I am on disability. I saved a little bit of money each month and my parents helped me out a little bit. Do you understand how hard it is for me to save money for something that I needed and still need because of your mistake? Ummm...NO!!!! You are heartless.

UPDATE

Fitment industries replied to my review stating "the tires themselves were not making contact" which makes no sense because they are in fact making contact with my quarter panels which is causing more damage. I was told by a salesman named Dylan that it would fit with my previous tires without issues. They also stated that they will be reaching out to me directly to further review the situation and work towards the best possible solution but the company has a bad reputation for not working with customers and will not admit that they're wrong. This is something I can't let go and I have a lot of people who will vouch for me. Papers are going to be filed today. I didn't want to go through court but the company left me no choice and I have all of the paper documents and phone calls recorded. Thanks a lot for misguiding me Dylan 🙄

Another Update

I was told by geena or gina that I would be receiving a refund and they would send me boxes to ship the rims back as soon as I buy rims from fitment industries or another company. I was clear when I said that I wasn't going to be purchasing from fitment industries ever again. Gina or Geena then blamed it on my tires. Lol I'm running 235/40/18 with stock suspension and my quarter panels are getting destroyed. The salesman (Dylan) assured me that the tires would fit with no issues and even tried selling me 235/40/18 but I told him my tires are new and all I needed were the rims. He said 35 offset would be fine. My old setup had 45 offset. Geena or Gina called me today and told me that I'm not getting a refund because of my tire size. I can't believe Steve Hamilton is partial owner of this sh**ty company. I have all of the recordings and texts. You will lose in small claims. I can't believe I didn't see all of the horrible reviews until now.

I was asked by geena to take the reviews down but I told her not until they issue me a refund. Can we say bribery? See you in court

Purchased rotors that they recommended to fit my vehicle I which they did not fit and then charged me restocking fee for return on items they claim to fit my vehicle but do not terrible return policy and fitment oversight

This is the 3rd time I’ve used Fitment Industries and each time they’ve made the process easy from start to finish. The website is user friendly on a computer and a phone which is great. They package and ship wheel/tire bundles carefully and safely and they’re on top of communication and order updates! I always recommend people to check out FI :)
