Custom Offsets Avaliações

Very disappointed, ordered one wheel to verify the offset. Wasn’t happy with it and so I requested a return and was charged a significant amount to return a single wheel. Have more vehicles I need offsets for but will not be using this company ever again and will be sure others know not to also

I knew I wanted new rims but was worried about the vehicle I have. When I called it was easy and very nice to talk to a live person that answered all my questions. I got my 6 tires and rims and couldn't be more happier.

i ordered a wheels and tires, would recommend. they came 2 days quicker then it said it would. I even had second guesses the day after I placed the order, I called them and they said it would be no problem to cancel it and would be free of any charges. But I ended up telling them to send them anyways, and they came flawless. Only reason why there’s not a five star because their prices are a little high. but other than that. great company.

Had a bad experience with another wheel company in the past, tried Custom Offsets this time and everything was great. Shipped fast and everything arrived undamaged and order was correct, would definitely buy from again.

Great price! Beautiful wheels and tires. Amazing customer support. Go get yourself some bad A$$ tire for a great price!

This business is awesome great products, great prices and the customer service is excellent

Shipping is great got my rims overnight, unfortunately the rims weren't as expected and wanted to return them. Everyone has been great to deal with, but Brittany in returns has been absolutely awful and slow to deal with.

Wheel i wanted was on backorder but custom offsets made my transaction a pleasure! Top notch customer service!

Endless combinations and quality parts and package came on time

Absolutely incredible experience with Custom Offsets—especially Kayla, who was truly a superstar!

I originally ordered a set of beadlock-style wheels on a Thursday. Shortly after placing the order, a salesperson called and explained that these wheels can require more specialized—and potentially expensive—installation. After speaking with my installer and receiving an outrageous quote, I decided to switch to a different set without beadlocks.

Unfortunately, it was already Friday afternoon and Custom Offsets was closed. I called Saturday, and the salesperson I reached added notes to my order and did everything he could to help. On Monday, Kayla called me and immediately went to work. Although she tried to stop the original shipment, it had already gone out, so she helped me arrange the return and order the replacement wheels I wanted.

Kayla went far above and beyond. She arranged for me to return the original wheels without paying return shipping, set up a promissory note so the replacement wheels could be shipped before the first set was returned, and made sure the new order was submitted immediately.

The first set arrived the next day, and the replacement wheels arrived just two days later. By Thursday, I had everything, and I was able to install the new wheels on Friday. They look absolutely amazing!

The customer service, speed, and communication throughout the entire process were incredible. Kayla turned what could have been a stressful situation into one of the best customer-service experiences I’ve ever had. Custom Offsets is fortunate to have her, and she deserves recognition for going so far above and beyond. I highly recommend Custom Offsets—and if you get the opportunity to work with Kayla, you’re in excellent hands!

I’m ecstatic about my purchase of an aFe Power Intake and a MBRP Performance cat back exhaust system
Quick sale and delivery, quick to install the products which also arrived quickly and my best investment on a performance vehicle
Rated 10 thumbs up 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

I had an outstanding experience with Custom Offsets. From my initial call, Sandra was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Tara then went above and beyond when I needed to process a return due to a fitment issue that was completely my own error. She handled everything with patience and understanding, and her quick, polite email responses made the entire process easy and stress-free.

It’s rare to find a company that provides this level of genuine customer service. Both Sandra and Tara made me feel valued as a customer, and their willingness to help turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a very positive experience. Custom Offsets has definitely earned my loyalty, and I’ll be returning to them for any future automotive parts and accessories I need. Highly recommended!

Ordered a set of 18x9 et18 Method MR316 wheels and Toyo Open Country AT3 275/70/18 tires. They came in a relatively quick amount of time and they came packaged and protected nicely, arrived in perfect condition. Would definitely purchase from Custom Offsets in the future.

My 16 year old saved all summer to buy his first set of rims and tires. From the options to the ease of ordering and how quickly we received them, it was a flawless process. They were delivered in perfect condition and he is happy with the outcome. My husband is already looking for his truck.

The wheels and tires worked perfectly for my truck. They wrapped them up good for shipping. No problems whatsoever

The tires I ordered came in 2 days. Very fast delivery. Ease of ordering was a plus, too.

I purchased a complete set of wheels and tires, and in just four months, all four tires developed tire rot. This is a huge safety hazard. To make matters worse, their customer service expects me to either send the tires back first—leaving my truck without any wheels—or pay out of pocket for four brand-new replacement tires while waiting for a refund. It is completely unreasonable to expect a customer to leave their primary vehicle unusable or force them to double-pay for defective products. Save yourself the stress and buy your tires and wheels elsewhere.

Very efficient and product is just what I ordered with very fast shipping will definitely be ordering very soon for my wife’s vehicle
