This is the 3rd time I’ve used Fitment Industries and each time they’ve made the process easy from start to finish. The website is user friendly on a computer and a phone which is great. They package and ship wheel/tire bundles carefully and safely and they’re on top of communication and order updates! I always recommend people to check out FI :)

I ordered a set of bronze F1R F103s and I was told they’d be arriving 8 days after purchase. They showed up two days after I bought em. These guys are super easy to work with and they made sure I was set up right from the moment I put those wheels in my cart to the moment they appeared on my doorstep. Thanks Fitment 🙏🏼

I've used fitment industries several times in the past, I've bought wheels tires and an exhaust system from them, and i would recommend them to anybody.

After ordering wheels and tires along with TPMS sensors and a relearning tool, I realized that the relearning tool was not needed. It was never opened and when I contracted the company, I was told that I would not be able to return the relearning tool, even though the box remained unopened and unused.

Only order through these guys if you know what you’re doing. They ordered conical lugs instead of ball seat lugs for the wheels I ordered. They’re lucky I didn’t install them and have them loosen up and cause an accident! Tried customer service multiple times to refund me for the lugs, they’re clueless.

Update: Sent an email to below, still no response, calling wait times are horrendous unless you’re calling sales.

I originally left a one-star review because this transaction took nearly eight weeks to resolve.

I ordered the headlights on May 20 based on listing photos that showed a black-housing appearance. What arrived was materially different from what was represented.

Fitment Industries initially told me that once the RMA tracking showed the return had shipped, they would place the replacement order with the manufacturer. After I shipped the item, the process changed. I was then told the return had to be received, inspected, and approved before anything further would happen.

The proposed exchange later became a refund. I was also repeatedly told that my refund depended on the manufacturer first crediting Fitment Industries. From a customer’s perspective, that meant the retailer had both my returned product and my money while I waited for its supplier relationship to work itself out.

I was not expecting instant fulfillment or an overnight refund. I expected an accurate product listing, a return process that did not change after I relied on it, and a resolution measured in days or perhaps a couple of weeks—not geological eras.

The positive update is that after Fitment Industries responded to my Trustpilot review, Geena, a Senior Customer Experience Specialist, became involved. The communication improved, and on July 15, Fitment Industries issued the full $295.69 refund and provided a transaction receipt.

I am raising the review from one star to two because the company ultimately made me whole. However, the eventual refund does not erase the inaccurate product presentation, shifting return terms, prolonged delays, or the fact that a routine retail return took almost two months to complete.

Anyone experiencing a similar unresolved return or refund issue may have better luck using the contact route provided in the company’s public Trustpilot responses and asking for Customer Experience, rather than continuing indefinitely through the standard support process.

Fair products at fair prices, delivered and resolved within a normal days-to-weeks timeframe, would have been a five-star experience for me. That is not what happened in my individual case.

Ordered tires and rims a second time here!! I keep coming back because the service is great. they came really fast(under 2 weeks) and they came with a bunch of protection so they didn’t get messed up from shipping. I love this place and will be ordering again.

Ill keep this brief and factual. Their website cannot sort out when a car requires a staggered set up. When you cant even match the functionality of discount tire, you are doing something wrong. I ordered set up from them thinking that would be baked in and, its not. Customer service is terrible. They wont work with you much. I tried to get them waive the restock and I would buy a corrected set from them and no. Took it up with the credit card company and lost. Though I think its because the non English speaking person who took my complaint didn't understand me. I went with element wheels instead now. Guess what, their site knows more than bolt patterns. So I will be filing complaints with BBB, State Attorney General and other legal avenues available.

They shipped my package to Texas… I live in Pennsylvania. The customer service said they would give me updates, that’s all they kept saying. Eventually I called in and got hung up on, then a different rep called me back and I got somewhere, she was kind and informative. I understand mishaps happen, I wouldn’t base if you should buy from them off my one experience, but this was my experience.

I’ve yet to receive a refund as they stated they would cancel the order for me

I ordered parts for my Supra that were listed as free shipping, they also said they were not in stock and available via backorder. I called and confirmed the items would be drop shipped from the manufacturer, that it was free shipping and they'd ship in a week or so. They didn't know these items would be shipping from Taiwan. How do you sell stuff and not know where it's located? The manufacturer will ship these items to me for 105, Fitment Industries wants over 500 to ship it to me. It's a few pieces of carbon fiber and the package is only 2lbs and 35x15x4in. I've been asking for a refund for 3 days now, every time they respond knocking a few dollars off the shipping and when I respond to get a refund they do not reply. Stay far away from this place, I've reported them to the BBB and the Wisconsin DATCP bureau as well.

Every time I have had to speak with someone, the Customer Service has been great. I love my unique rims. Keep up the good work 🩷
