Fitment Industries Avaliações

I was really happy with how fast the shipping was and the recommendations from fitment industries for my purchase. They also have great informative videos on YouTube about there products. The audhan bronze wheels on my red Tesla model Y Juniper look amazing. Thank you.

I ordered a replacement wheel for my wife’s car it took five minutes and the wheel arrived in about 5 days

Nicest set of wheels ever bought. Easiest to install. Quick delivery. Would by again from Filtment Industries.

Never have I ever delt with such a level of incompetence. First time I went through them, I purchased wheels that were labeled as in stock, buy them, get a call hours later saying they don't have them pick something else, whatever, I find different ones, buy them, they send me the wrong wheels with a completely different bolt pattern. Years later today, I give them another chance, I order wheels AND tires package through them along with accessories...they sent my package to a completely different person, and sent his to me...I can't even begin to understand how the warehouse team can manage that. Every customer support member i talked to was baffled and couldn't even make sense of the situation it was so bad.

So now me and this stranger have to rely and trust that we send each other our packages undamaged or tempered with. I would not suggest them, they are the most unprofessional business I've ever delt with! A fricking Etsy solo operated business runs better then this company.

Always smooth transaction. Items as described. No complains 5*****

First time customer here, I have to say that I was impressed with the whole process. Wheels were packed super well and had excellent protection from the bugling carriers which almost always damage my shipments while making the deliveries. Wheels were perfect upon arrival and I’m very pleased with the quality and the whole process. Thanks, James

My son and I love the selection of wheels Fitment Industries has and all the parts you need to upgrade your ride. We are very pleased with the professional service and fast shipping. We are for sure looking forward on continuing to order from here again, for more upgrades. Thank you..

Rims and tires fit as expected and price was more than reasonable. Arrived mounted and balanced so install was simple. Package arrived even faster than expected. Overall a great experience!

I love my new setup, I couldn’t be happier!

Great, user-friendly website! Very easy to navigate and especially like that you can see actual pictures of what the wheels will look like on your particular vehicle model! From search start to delivery was smooth! Satisfied customer here and highly recommend Fitment Industries!

Super easy to use website for selecting wheels and tires. You can really dial in the exit fit for your vehicle. Purchasing was quick and painless and shipping was faster than expected.

Wheels and tire package came in faster than stated in perfect condition, came as listed, I really liked the customer pics of fitment. Helped me pick my wheel size and offset

Friendly user website and some of the best customer service I’ve had. I got exactly what I ordered and the photo gallery is the most useful thing ever.

Wheels I wanted had a real long lead time and they helped me find a similar wheel that was in-stock and ready to ship.

Ordered a wheel and rim package for my MK7 GTI. I had a couple of questions prior to ordering that were quickly answered via email. The ordering process was simple and quick. I received my package a week earlier than estimated. Everything looked great, and installation was a breeze.

My only issue was navigating the site via mobile. It was kind of hard to find hub centric rings for the wheels I ordered, and eventually I gave up and ordered them from somewhere else. Not a huge deal, but just food for thought.

I know there’s a number of people who have had issues with Fitment, but I can’t say I had any myself. Maybe there’s new employees or something. Hopefully things stay positive for them moving forward.

Ran into a snag with a part being on backorder but the great team at fitment had a+ communication and get my issue solved quickly. I’ll always chose fitment industries for ordering car parts.

The advise was accurate and the fitment is good. The BBS wheels arrived in good condition and on time. They even came with the PFS rings and lug nuts, which I didn't expect.

Ordered a set of wheels and BC Racing coilovers. The wheels arrived on time and in perfect condition—exactly as pictured on the website. The photos were super helpful in making my decision.

The coilovers were delayed, but that was due to UPS and not the seller. However, the order status on the website wasn’t updated promptly, which made it harder to track where the delay was coming from. Hopefully, they improve that part of the process so customers can stay in the loop more easily.

Overall, great products and service—I’d order again!
