Looks like I’m not alone. Paid £98 and no weights. Should have know when they called Hexagonal Weights, Octagonal. They obviously didn’t didn’t know the difference between 8 and 6 sided shapes.

Wish I had gone to Trustpilot before buying. Lost my money and no dumbells.

I too think I’ve been scammed. It was £112.95 for dumbbells. I have emailed but no response and now can’t get on a website. Gutted. Contacting credit card company now. How can people be so dishonest?

I paid £136 for a barbell 28th April. Was told it would be with me between the 3rd & 5th May. Nothing received and no reply from emails. My bank was fantastic and I was refunded within 12 hours of contacting them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. Disgusting taking advantage at a time like this.

I have had exactly the same experience as the last reviewer with an order placed for dumbbells, which was subsequently cancelled by Fitness Up. I was promised a refund in 5-7 working days on 28th April and I am still waiting. I have now decided to pursue this through my bank as I am unable to make any contact with this company. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered some weights from this website, they told me they would be with me on a Monday and the delivery notification came through. I enquired the Tuesday about the delivery, they said they had no stock and they would refund me within 5-7 working days. I asked how they could say there was a delivery expected but then tell me they were out of stock, to no response. I have since enquired about my refund as I am still yet to receive it, again no response.

Like others, I ordered a kettlebell on 4th April. Had a confirmation email. Still not arrived. Not responding to emails. And now website and telephone number not working.

Ordered some dumbbells on 17/04/20. They were listed as dispatched on the 21/04/20 but are yet to arrive. I did try contacting Fitness Up via webchat and email but am yet to receive a response. Their phone line never worked either. I have now noticed that their website has been taken down so can only assume that they are fraudsters. Will be attempting to reclaim my money through my card issuer. Do not fall for their trap. Be vigilant everyone. Even in the time I'm Covid-19, there are still people willing to take advantage of you.

Disgusting people taking advantage of others wanting gym equipment during lockdown. Fortunately the credit card company were brilliant & the money was back in my account shortly after I contacted them. Apparently there’s a lot of this kind of scam around.

Same as all other posts. I ordered 14/4. Dumbbells. Got confirmation email & link. Order did not arrive. Was told by email courier affected by corona virus and would be delivered by 24/4. Did not arrive. From that point no response to emails or chat link And phone line dead. Now website down. A complete scam. Disgusting people.

I have been scammed by this company too - no dumbbells, “strip curtain” on the credit card slip...no response to emails

Same as the other reviewers, goods never received, website has been taken down and no response to email enquiries. Scam. (Has appeared on credit card statement as "Strip Curtain") Will submit claim to fraud department of credit card company.

Agree with everyone else - placed an order of over £100, never came and I’ve not had a refund and now my emails are bouncing back!

Paid £162.90 for some dumbells. Received email confirmation stating that they were on their way even though no tracking information was provided which was my first realisation that something was dodgy.

Product didnt arrive within 5 working days. Emailed copmpany before they closed their website, no response. Phone for customer support on their website did not work. Now that there website has been taken down and after reading these reviews I can see now that we have all been scammed.

I have contacted my bank to raise a dispute to get my money bank. My bank is now investigating.

Can someone please reply to my review to let me know if theres anything else I can do in a scenario such as this other than contacting my bank?

Scam, ordered £122.94 worth of Dumb Bells. A pair of 12.5KG that never turned up. Tried to track the order, make contact and the website has been taken down and all contact information, email and phone number does not work.

Scam - took money and closed website. Speaking to Credit Card company now. They will be found out
