Yep, I got scammed also. Ordered dumbbells worth over £500. Email received mid April saying sent, nothing received late April, emailed them on a Friday, got a response saying dumbbells will be delivered Monday. Nothing by Tuesday, emailed again & no response. Phone number is dead, links to Social media not working except Twitter, which was set up in March, they have 2 followers! I’ve contacted credit card company to investigate & refund my money. DO NOT USE THEM, THEY ARE SCAMMERS!

FYI. The only positive review on here by Davina is likely fake, and written by the company.

Just like everyone else on here I got scammed... ordered a barbell and as 'promised' it was 'dispatched' straight away but never arrived. No answer to phones, emails or chats what so ever. I then stumbled across these reviews and this tells you everything you need to know.

Don't order from them and report to your bank if they have taken your money.

Scammed. Do not use. Fake website. Received email re shipping and now nothing. Phone not working and no social media presence. Please do not use.

Paid for dumbbells that I never received. This is a complete scam. Using a pandemic to con people out of hard earned money.

So after I put this review up I got a message from them saying I had no order, asking for my details I fully complied Inc order no, since then nothing again,

Complete scam. Do not order from here. Just like all the other reviews, I ordered, paid and nothing arrived. The phone line is cut off and there’s no response to emails. Absolutely disgusting people taking advantage of people at this time
Edit- I can see these scumbags have opened up their website again. They need to be shutdown. They are thieves. Please do not fall for their rubbish, they are scammers. Also, please make sure you report on Action Fraud so we can get the website taken down so more people do not get robbed.

They has now deleted their website proving it's a scam. Phone your banks and get in contact with Action Fraud UK!

Absolute scumbags! Do not order of them! Tried to get in contact with them, phone is dead, they wont reply to my email and the online service on their website never responds. Phoning bank and fraud service today. I hope these scumbags get what they deserve.

Still waiting for a refund which was due last week. Getting no response.

Avoid like the plague!

Ordered dumbbells, was told 2 days later been dispatched, 1 week passed and no item. Emailed them, took them 3 days to email back. They then said they were out of stock, even though they told me they sent the item. The said they’ll refund me and now I still haven’t had refund off them and it’s been over week now.

This saga has been carrying on for nearly a month now! Whatever you do do buy anything from them! It’s really not worth the stress! Didn’t have so much of an apology off them and I’m still £130 out of pocket!!

Ordered over 2 weeks ago not seen items, money taken. Have tried web chat, emails and calls but no response. DO NOT USE. No refund as can’t get in touch. Will be contacting trading standards!

I also can't contact the company, after reading all the reviews I'm starting to worry now. I'll give it a week and if I don't hear anything back from my email or get the delivery I'll be contacting fraud action too. I'm very concerned that the company is just a company address that they buy. Hopefully it's not £130 down the drain!
I can see that on here it appears the company have been making contact with people once they leave a damming review and calling them a scam? I wonder if anyone can share experience of what they've said?

I've just had a message from them via this site... they requested the order number because they don't think my order is on their list? We'll see what happens.

I have still not received my items after they lied that they had sent the items and then changed their minds by saying they were out of stock and were refunding my money and then changed their mind and said they were shipping and now they have stopped replying to my emails

As many others ordered sent delivery date. Nothing arrived and now no contact. Have reported to credit card company.

I have not received my kettlebells. Their online chat person ignores me as soon as I type in my order number. They have not responded to my emails. They have taken my money and not delivered my order.

I was told I would receive it last Monday!

Difficult experience . I ordered dumb bells , the web site said that there would be no problem in spite of the challenges and I would have them within 4 days . Full amount taken from my credit card . One week later I get an e mail telling me that me that me deliver was due , one week later I was told that they couldn't fulfil my order . I asked them when items would be in stock , a further week gone by still no response . I noticed that the items are still being sold on the web site with a delivery 3 to 4 days . So not sure what is going on ...........

This company is a complete scam, set up to take advantage of people who are desperately wanting to purchase at-home equipment during this pandemic.

Phone number is disconnected.

Address on website is a dummy address. It belongs to a business who allows other businesses to use their address as their registered address.

No social media presence.

Company only founded a few weeks ago.

Prices are strange (£10.88, £147.63, £29.47), which on its own isn’t that weird, but overall adds to the phoniness of this company.

DO NOT SPEND A SINGLE PENNY WITH THIS COMPANY

UPDATE: they have asked me for details of my order, which I have provided. They now say they have no record of my order - even though I’ve forwarded their order confirmation email. All I want is a refund, this company is a scam.
