Ordered some kettlebells, was told the order was on the way, didn't arrive on expected date of delivery. Contacted them and was told they were out of stock on that item and that we could have a refund. That was over 2 weeks ago, now they have gone dark and are not responding to any messages, email and their phone number doesn't work.

Hopefully no one else falls into their net. Vile people!

Ordered a barbell on Sunday 10th May, was so excited as its the piece of equipment I miss most from the gym. Was looking forward to getting back into nailing snatch, clean and deadlift technique.

Decided to check reviews yesterday (12th May), absolutely gutted to see all these, but thankful for everyone's advice and honesty.

Bank contacted, payment put on hold whilst they investigate.

Shame on these scammers. There are some people out there who want equipment to train, not just to mess about. Some people use their training to keep them sane through this pandemic. What a bunch of absolute wa*@ers you are.

This is a SCAM!!!
I placed an order on 14/04/20 and received a text message confirming my order. Then on 18/04/20 I received a text confirmation advising my order had been shipped but with no tracking information. I thought this was a bit strange so I contacted the customer services via webchat who confirmed the order had been shipped and that because they use a 3rd party courier I wouldn’t receive a tracking number but I should expect my delivery on 20/04/20. No sign of the order of 20/04/20 so again I contacted via webchat and was advised there was a problem with the driver and that I could expect delivery by 24/04/20. I contacted via webchat on 24/04/20 to query what time it would be delivered and was told by 4pm I would have my order. Again nothing arrived and when I contacted I was ensured I would get this by 27/04/20. I contacted via webchat on morning of 27/04/20 to ask if my order would definitely be delivered and the response I received was “yes”. Nothing received again and now when I contact via webchat no one responds at all. I tried contacting the telephone number on site which rings out. I emailed to request a refund, no response. I then decided to research the telephone number, the confirmation text number brings up a number from Canada and the site telephone number is linked to a website teaching the Quran.

I have now decided to contact my bank to report fraud in hope of getting my money back but I’m not holding my breath.

Please do not order from this site!!

Sadly I have also been scammed by this company who it’s apparent have been set up to take advantage of desperate people trying to get hold of gym equipment whilst on lock down.

After not being to discuss my order with anyone I came across all these reviews and contacted my credit card company. The transaction is linked to a company called “strip curtain” not fitnessup. Their number is also linked to a company selling Quran lessons of you google it.

What crooks! Reported to action fraud. Hopefully they can be tracked down and closed down because further people are robbed of their hard earned cash!

If i could leave a 0 star i would! This is a SCAM website which i have now reported for FRAUD. I ordered dumbbells 2 weeks ago, their contact number on the site does not work and no one responds via chat or email. I will also report this to my credit card company.

Please do not buy from this site! although mines was £65 quid people have been left £100s out of pocket!

Terrible this is a scam taking advantages of people who really want gym equipment! Taken the money, no response to asking where the delivery is.

Unfortunately one star is the minimum which is generous for this shambolic enterprise. Do not under any circumstances buy anything from them, You would be better off setting your money on fire. All positive reviews are fake. Everyone has below has paid good money for nothing and wasted time emailing these criminals.

Also clearly been scammed after reading the reviews, sadly I placed my order well before some of the reviews were written, so wouldn’t have known they’re frauds!

Had a text confirming order, text confirming it was out for delivery... 2 weeks later nothing appeared, when chased it had been ‘lost with the delivery driver’ and they were now out of stock and would I like a refund... 2 weeks later, still waiting the refund!!

Shame on them!!

Do not buy from this company. Ordered a barbell set, 5 weeks later still waiting. I was given three different delivery dates which were obviously lies as they were not followed up with any confirmation.
Customer service is non existent, they do not reply to emails, the phone does not connect and if you do manage to get a response on their online chat the staff are rude and talk to you like you are incompetent

Spent a hundred pound on a pair of dumbells for them to never arrive within the given time. Tried reaching out to them via their communication feature in their website, no response. Do not buy from this company, it is a scam.

UPDATE: received a refund earlier today (25/5/20) just less than a month after my initial purchase. Still not worth the hassle, I do not recommend anyone buy from this company.

This site is a scam ,waiting on barbell set £136.00,said 3-5 working days still waiting sent numerous emails no reply tried phoning, not ringing no response back at all absolute scum😡😡

Total scam, avoid this site at all costs. Same story as the rest, ordered dumbbells on 2nd April and was told would be delivered on 3 separate occasions. Items never turned up then was told they were out of stock and would receive a refund. Still waiting nearly 3 weeks later. Obviously a complete scam!!

Update: now have received a refund from the same company that took the money which is very strange

DO NOT BUY! purchased with this company it is a SCAM! We spent over £200 weeks ago and we’ve had nothing and no response after numerous emails and attempts to contact them. Scum. The site needs shutting down.

So much aggro with this company, placed order 30/4, realized within minutes it was a scam, lots of emails & DMs sent, some acknowledged then silence. Posted bad reviews here, fitnessup reported me to TrustPilot, I had to prove I had an order number and show emails, finally I get the all clear to post the reviews. So it seems TrustPilot trusts the scammers more than they trust the customers, oh the irony.

SUPER SCAM. I wish I’d checked the reviews before spending £200 on dumbbells through this fake company. No response to my chase up emails and they’re now offline. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. It’s fake

Update: after my previous review on the torrid service given by these cowboys, they replied advising I’d get a full refund of the £172 I paid on the 19th April and surprise surprise... 8 working days later, still no refund!

If anyone is reading this and wants to foolishly take a chance on this company (as I did) please use a credit card so it’ll be easier to claim back your money when they let you down.

At least I know that if they don’t refund within 30days of my claim being opened, I’ll get my money back through my CC provider.

Im heading to the authorities to proceed with an investigation,

First on the day that the goods should have arrived, they confirmed it and insisted that it would arrive, and never did!

So I asked them about the courier company name and tracking number and they never replied !

Then I received and email saying that they were out of stock, joke!

After, many contact attempts, I’ve got an email offering a refund that should have come 5 days ago, this after 8 working days allowing them to have time to do it so!

Now not even a reply!!!!

Scammers of the lowest level!
Im glad I work on a investigation department and I will definitely do my best to catch this cheaters!!!
