They only care about your money not you as a student.
They Lied about the financing. Their company policy is to refuse any refunds even if you leave the course because of life events or tragedy if you stay there over 2 weeks.
They wont accept any LVL2 qualifications from other providers so if you already have the LVL2 they will charge you to complete a level 2 even though you don't need it.
They offer no support. They wont even listen when you tell them you need support.
your Tutor can quit any time with no notice and you may not speak top a new trainer for weeks between.
These people care more about your money than they do you as a student. Do not trust them.

We can see that you have disagreed with our request to move your review to fitproeducation.org. For clarity, we are FitPro.com and we provide post qualification CPD to already qualified trainers. We do not offer Level 2 or Level 3 qualifications. We do not offer financing and our CPD education is on demand video, so your tutor cannot quit. I hope this helps.

I had the best service today at fitpro…
I had the best service today at fitpro from a lovely kind lady called Lynne Briggs.
Lynne helped me find the CPD course I wanted, guided me on membership then also sort an issue I had later in the day.
Honestly if staff are like Lynne then I’m impressed.
It’s hard to find company’s that care and have kindness on calls but today was one of them.
Lynne wasn’t even in the department I needed to speak to yet still she helped!!
Love the CPD course I booked.
Website looks fab and my membership price gave me a great worthwhile discount too.
Thankyou so much Lynne.
Looking forward to purchasing more courses in the future with you all :)

Amazing customer support
I recently purchased the FitPro Stroke and Exercise Professional course. After completing I found that there was an issue with my name spelling so I contacted Team FitPro for help to update my certificate.
Aislinn was so friendly and helpful, she communicated back the same day and arranged for it to be amended.
I also had issues logging/registering onto 'MyGroupFit' to access a free month's music trial so because Aislinn was so helpful sorting out my last issue, I didn't hesitate in emailing her again for help. The issue was again sorted out swiftly with amazing customer support and communication. I was very impressed and felt that I could trust this company. Well done to the FitPro team especially Aislinn!

Fabulous Fit Biz
Great course, amazing mentors who regularly reach out to assist and check in progress.
I am currently carrying out the Leve 3 course, looking to become a PT and online fitness coach. I would like to target all genders with a special focus around mobility and joint longevity. After surviving a life changing accident, the drive to get back on my feet (literally) made me realise life is too short to be stuck in a 9 a 5 that drains me. Fitness makes me happy, build on that.
Would highly recommend for those looking to get into the fit biz and build a supportive, collaborative community 😊

Recently became qualified within the fitness industry and was recommended fitpro for both insurance and education. I have been using their insurance the education for the last few months and it has been super helpful in finding my feet within the industry.
The education modules are very transferable and thought provoking - whilst also being very affordable. Would recommend to anyone and so glad i have chosen to be a member with them.

I’m having the same problem as the…
I’m having the same problem as the previous review.
Just trying to renew but can make payment to the website and every phone line message is ‘no one available to take your call’
Have left messages on social media and two different phone lines now for about a week and just no response, nothing.
Going elsewhere as im not sure I want to trust them with my insurance!

awful provider AVOID at all costs
Cannot get through on the phone to insurance, took my direct debit but have not recieved any insurance documents and my insurance policy is no where to be found on the dashboard but money has been taken.
Lady on reception said no one available and they have no idea when anyone will be and i've been ringing for days.
ridiculous and not good enough at all. If I could give 0 stars i would.

We’re sorry to hear that you felt dissatisfied with your experience. To ensure your concerns were properly reviewed, we asked FitPro Insurance Services, who administer this policy and operate as a separate service provider to FitPro, to investigate the points raised and respond directly. Their response is below:
“You originally purchased the policy on Sunday, 1 February, and the documents were issued the following day Monday, 2 February. It is clear from the website that our phone service operates in office hours only. So, it is clearly incorrect that you were trying to contact us ‘for days’. From us first being able to deal with your enquiry to issuing your documents was a matter of hours NOT days. Secondly, you state that the money has left your account, however, again this is clearly incorrect; as you have set up a Direct Debit, no money will leave your account until the 28 February, as was stated in the emailed letter you received when you created the mandate.
If you are so deeply dissatisfied with the service, we will happily cancel your policy. Do let us know.”
