I have been insured by Fitpro for many years, the renewal process was time consuming today, I had to send in my certificates again in order to renew, you have all my information on file already,I shouldn't have to keep sending in my certificates.

Thank you for your review and please accept our apologies for the frustration you experienced in renewing your FitPro Insurance.
We have looked into the situation and it appears that your old policy ran out on the 11 May, and your new policy didn’t start until 16 June. Due to that small period between your policies the system treated it as a brand-new policy, hence the request to submit your certificate(s) again. We did send an email reminder to renew in April, and it could be that this email went to the junk/spam folder.
For reference, we are looking to remove the requirement to submit qualifications & certificated as part of the purchase process, however, we understand that will be of little consolation in this instance.
Again, please accept our apologies for the frustrations experienced.

Disappointed
Struggling to login to the fitpro system to do the course.
Strength for pilates course was £84 reduced from £120 for lists of exercises and a few photos. Exercise lists not clear or detailed with how to do exercises in list. No engagement except exam at end and no videos of exercises or instructor engagement throughout.
Didn't add anything I didn't already know as a pilates instructor.
Really disappointed. Very reluctant to book any other courses.

We are committed to offering CPD education to meet a broad range of learning styles, including text, quizzes and video. We also check in with every learner to see how you are getting on, to give you the opportunity to raise any issues with us, or to ask for additional support.
We can see that you have completed 17 out of the 44 modules of the course, of which the later modules do contain video, so you may have missed this.
We can also see that you have not received your check in email yet, as we check in with learners 4 weeks after signing up to ensure plenty of time to check out all of the course.
We are always open to your feedback, and getting in touch with us directly would give us the opportunity to offer you an alternative course that would meet your needs better.

Instructor insurance was really easy to set up using the Website. All the information needed to make a decision was easily accessible. Lots of other useful information too eg CPD

FitPro are fantastic and so helpful
I had a bit of trouble getting my membership set up. Teresa at FitPro went above and beyond to help me. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She helped me set up my membership and is fantastic.
They offer lots of great training opportunities , with some amazing teachers and very reasonable prices.
Can't recommend them highly enough.

Great supportive materials and tough…
Great supportive materials and tough quiz and exam, which, on passing, made you confident of knowing the material. Only negative was the reference to NZ population which is not relevant to my situation.
But I now feel confident in expanding my sessions to include more elderly participants.
