They don't send you what you specify in your profile. They just send "fashion forward" clothes they are developing.

The clothes are nice. Good quality. The women around me have noticed the upgrade to my wardrobe. I personally hate shopping, and thanks to these guys I haven't had to since I started nearly 3 years ago.

The only thing that I think they could improve on is familiarizing their stylists with the climates where their customers live; I receive jackets, sweaters, coats, winter hats, etc. from September to March, but it's typically only cold enough for me to need those items for a few weeks out of the year.

I like the clothing they send out, usually getting a nice compliment to what has come before. Not only do the selections look great, they also feel great when I put them on.

I was apprehensive to pay for clothes before I knew what I was getting, but I've been pleased with 90% of what I've gotten. If you are like me and like to have nice clothes, but hate to shop, you can literally not find a more economical way to fill your closet with trendy gear. Thought they won't accept returns based on what you do or don't like, on the rare.. Very rare.. occasions I've gotten something I didn't like I informed them and my "fashon consultant" was more than happy to send me what I wanted no questions asked next month. Seriously.. If you are a dude without a ton of extra cash, and you want to dress nice without putting any effort into it and you aren't getting FF clothes, you are either spending too much money or effort, or you aren't well dressed.

I have to say that I'm impressed with the clothes I receive. Five Four has really expanded my wardrobe and my vision of fashion. One thing I would want to see happen is the ability to occasionally select our packages. There might be a month where I choose some activewear and shoes on another. One time I had a store credit and I was super stoked because I selected a hat I already have because I wanted to have two. I also picked some activewear which I love.

I bought the subscription to FiveFour for my grandson when he developed an interest in clothes as a sophomore in high school. He's now in college and still subscribes. The clothes are stylish, well-made, fit well, with a good variety of garments curated for each season, and they look great on him. He's never had to return an item for fit or because he didn't like it.

Not slot of variety in the clothing items sent out each month.. I find myself satisfied with every other package, the other half is a waste of money.

Five Four is excellent... when you get a good package. However, half the time they send you a t-shirt and spring jacket as a package. Who needs 6 new spring jackets every year? When I contacted them about this and asked to receive no more jacket, they replied that they had updated my preferences... but the jackets still come! AAAAHHHHHHHH

80% of the clothes I get I really love, and 20% of them I just donate to charity. It is a good value and good quality clothes. I wish I didn't get as many jackets and hooded sweatshirts, and could customize a bit more what articles of clothing I want and don't want.

I love the company and the clothes I really do. I have been a member for almost two years now but as great as it is I have unfortunately been there too long. Some of the clothes I have are starting to look the same even though my package is suppose to be fashion forward. I have a lot of hoodies with slightly different colors but when they do roll out cool things and cool jackets and unique packages it makes it worth it

I have been part of Five Four for about 3 years. It has definitely improved over the last few years but I wish I had more control over what I am receiving. I wish I could say that I want more button down shirts, or more jeans or more pants or jackets. Problem is that I have 10 pairs of their jeans and one pair of chinos and 5 coats and jackets and one sweater. Being able to balance my closet a little better would be nice.

The clothes are super hit and miss. Some things I really love but at least a 1/3 to 1/2 of what I've received I've never worn. The items are the right size per se, but don't fit me well enough to be worn. I'd be nice if there was a way to customize the monthly package so I know that all of the items I'm getting I'll wear. Unfortunately items can't be returned so I've got a huge pile of brand new clothes that I'll never wear that will likely end up at a thrift store.

I've been on the fence about canceling my subscription for a couple of months and this will likely be my last month using the service.

When I received the wrong product, I quickly emailed customer service explaining the issue. The response I received three days later contained information that suggested that the customer service rep had read neither my complaint nor the contents of my shipment. When I pointed out the confusion, the rep sent a return receipt but no shipping label, so I needed to reach out again for that. I received a replacement item and was able to return the mistakenly shipped item, but these two errors from the customer service rep have greatly damaged my opinion of Five Four's ability to serve their consumers.

Love the service. Can’t be easier to shop for men’s clothing, great clothes at that!

Awesome company and great selection of attire. I would recommend it to anyone who doesn't enjoy spending hours in the mall.

Great selection. Over time, FiveFour has redone my casual wardrobe and it strays fresh.
