I really like everything that was sent to me. The only thing I would like to say is I wish your pants and jeans came in a shorter leg size like a 30 length. Besides that I have no complaints

Great service. Always a surprise that brings a smile to my face. Just remember to update your size if something doesn’t fit.

Great experience with Five Four. I have been subscribed Five Four since day one and it has been great. The design of each item was great and fit me perfectly. I got compliment all the time when I wear Five Four product. All items were so trendy and follow the fashion trend. I have not shop at the stores for almost 3 years.

Some clothes doesn't fit to the designated size (different body types). Customer service sucks sometimes but has gotten better, I've been with the company for awhile. Good clothes, some things don't ever get worn. Convenient for me cus of busy schedule to go out and buy. Jeans are always a hit and miss. Only one pair of jeans has been a good go to pair.

Mostly great stuff, if not always the highest quality. Not always a style I’d choose myself, but it tends to work out. And, stuff can always be gifted to friends who might be interested...

But, the style choices of my last several packages kept moving in style directions I disliked, and so I decided to end my time with Five Four.

The clothes were at a 5 star level, but after 2 years the quality is slipping a bit. I am still a member hoping that things will turn around because when they are good that are good.

The customer service is awesome. Getting something extra for free in your box is a great touch to show they care about their customers. Although i wish the fashion forward had a little more diversity in the clothing like stylish hats and light weight bombers cuz they have dope bombers. I would love to see a bigger variety of shirts like tank tops or ts with some better patterns as they continue to grow.

Pants or jeans never fit. Always too tight or loose. Always too long. I get way too many, sweat jackets.

I love the concept and at times some of the clothes are awesome. Some of the clothes however have very cheap stichings and also all my clothes are starting to look the same.

I have like 10 Blue navy jackets and I have like 10 shirts that look the same. It would be nice if you guys would pay more attention to diversifying for your long term clients.

I’m usualy 75% satisfied with packages. I don’t think packages are modified depending the area they are being sent to. For example, I live in Miami,Fl but I get some sort of jacket or hoodie almost every other package. It’s absurd. With that being said. I do wear the clothing quite often, Jeans and t shirts are very fashionable and comfortable.

Terrible service, they try to lock you in and charge you as much as they can, and make cancellation hard and returns impossible. Avoid at all costs.

I've been a customer of FiveFour for close to 3 years now. Since the beginning they've been adding clothes to my closet, that now it's basically all I wear. I believe it's more than worth the price since this is quality clothing, you'll notice as soon as you touch it. Worth the try!

The tee shirts are comfortable and fit well, last for a while as well. The only complaint I have is that the pants are WAY too long for the height I have entered. I'm not saying that they are a little long, I mean they almost cover my whole foot. Good fit otherwise. All in all, they fix that and they'd be 5 stars, easy

Amazing service and great products. Only issues I had were minor and resolved quickly. For example my receipt said I received socks, but didn't. After speaking to customer service my next order came with a pack of socks. Otherwise some items do repeat, but I guess there's a limit to jean variations. Either way, they're super comfortable. Overall great company.

I’ve been a Five Four member for 2 years now and have nothing but good things to say about the clothes I have received.

Good service, clothes are decent quality. Like most of this type of service some months are wow, others are ok. But ive not been disappointed in 2 years
